Activities at Werrington Lodge Care Home
Our specialist activities staff are committed to organising a mix of activities and events for residents and the local community to get involved in, including trips out to local places of interest in our minibus and visits from entertainers and musicians. It is important to us that each individual who we support can get as much from these as possible, so we try our best to arrange activities that reflect their interests and capabilities as best as possible and encourage them to participate in any way they can. We also encourage relatives to join with activities and events as often as they can.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Werrington Lodge Care Home
Golden Anniversary
Two residents at Werrington Lodge celebrated an incredible 50 years of marriage recently.
We decorated accordingly for them, and our Chef supplied a buffet.
Werrington Lodge paid for the cake and a good time was had by all.
International Nurses' Day at Werrington Lodge
We wanted to say thank you to our amazing nurses who do wonderful work here at Werrington Lodge.

Residents and staff couldn't resist the wonder of the King of Rock and Roll when he came to visit Werrington Lodge. They were up on their feet dancing, singing and just generally having a good time.

Celebrating the Queen's birthday at Werrington
Residents enjoyed afternoon tea to celebrate Her Majesty's 90th birthday. We will also be holding a street party in June for the official birthday.
The Easter Bunny Comes to Town
The Easter Bunny paid a visit to Werrington Lodge recently to deliver eggs and hot cross buns to staff, residents and family. We hope everyone had a great Easter!
