I cannot recommend this care home highly enough. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, always treating residents with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. The home is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and homely environment for everyone.
The quality of care provided is outstanding, and it is clear that the well being and happiness of the residents are the top priority. The staff go above and beyond to ensure individual needs are met, and communication with families is excellent.
There is a wonderful range of activities and social opportunities, helping residents stay engaged and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle. Knowing that my loved one is safe, happy, and receiving such excellent care gives our family great peace of mind.

I recently had the opportunity to visit and network at this care home, and I was incredibly impressed by the entire experience. The building itself is beautiful, exceptionally equiped, and designed to create a truly warm and homely atmosphere.What stood out to me most, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, genuinely caring, and deeply committed to fostering a supportive community for the residents. It is clear they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels valued and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful care home to others!

I had a wonderful experience at Queens Court Care home. Staff are amazing and very kind. Food service is delicious and quick. Could not recommend this place more.

The Warren is a truly special place. The surroundings are comfortable, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Every time I visit, I’m greeted so warmly.

The residents all seem genuinely content, and the person I visited couldn’t speak highly enough of the team. The events and welfare staff are fantastic — Kirstie makes sure everyone is included, and it’s lovely to see residents enjoying such thoughtful outings.

When the time comes, I’m certain I’d be very happy there myself.

I was just in a passing visit brought in by my friend who is one of the employees but in my impression, the home is well maintained. I found it very clean and fresh. I did not notice any hospital smell-like when we walked along the corridor. If one day my children will put me in a home, this is definitely my choice.

I am a community nurse and all the staff are very helpful and supportive. The receptionist is very welcoming. All staff look happy and settled. Lovely care home

Visiting a relative

Mum has been living at Hazel Lodge for 18 months now. She was very anxious when she first arrived but soon settled in. She has lost all her anxiety and is now very content. The care and attention by all the staff is exceptional and there is always a calm, happy atmosphere. The the lovely bistro and garden are very relaxing areas to spend time with family and friends. I would recommend Hazel Lodge to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

As soon as I walked in the main entrance the reception area apeared very clean and neat. Place looked very welcomed and friendly.

What a beautiful care home. I attended a networking event, this morning in ferndown at kings park care home. The staff were lovely and friendly and the home its self was beautiful, like a 5 star hotel. The residents that I came across all looked very happy and cared for. The cafe/bar serving teas/coffee and cake looked delicious.
It looked and felt like a lovely relaxing holiday retreat rather than a care home.

My uncle was in park view care home for 8 months until he sadly passed peacefully in park view I couldn’t of asked for better care for him all the staff was fantastic always interacted with my uncle and other residence never a dull moment when I visited, there was always some activity going on, the food was great always different options to choose from always a warm welcome from the manger and office staff I would highly recommend park view care home they treat everyone with respect and dignity

I have recently visited the Warren care home ,I went on the day of there plant sale ,what a great display of plants which I am led to believe were all done by there gardener Julie,there was cakes and coffee with no charge just a donation. I asked if I could be shown around and Julie was very kind and took me around it felt really welcoming and the residents seemed happy ,a smile was brought to my face when I saw the display of a lady doll enjoying the sunshine,would feel comfortable if one of my family members were there .

I recently attended a networking meeting at this lovely care home. The whole ambiance was very warm and welcoming. I'm looking forward to returning again.

The staff at the Warren are the best they work so hard and they are so welcoming and friendly I would recommend to anyone thanks for everything you do for my family

I attended a BWi meeting here and it is an absolutely beautiful place. I was welcomed in and shown to the room, as it was my first time. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful. They also supplied us with delicious pastries and fruit.
