Beverley Therese

General Manager

Hi, my name is Beverley, and I am the General Manager here at Ashminster House. Welcome to our website!

Becoming a nurse over 40 years ago was the achievement of a childhood ambition to help and care for people professionally. I began my career in Bristol and became a nursing home manager in Kent just over 10 years ago. Having cared for the elderly for most of my career, it is my passion and my specialism is caring for people living with dementia.

I enjoy giving the highest standard of care and know that is also what Barchester strives for. I am most looking forward to leading a team and being part of Barchester as a company, whose visions align with mine.
