Hampton Grove Care Home in Peterborough
At Hampton Grove in Peterborough, we provide a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of additional support, from respite care to 24-hour residential care.
Our warm and inviting residential communities provide the comforts of home with 24-hour support. Bedrooms are all furnished with your comfort in mind and each room has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Across our floors, we have communal lounges, dining rooms, a tea room and our own pub; ‘The Bonnie Prince Charlie’ – meaning peace and quiet, or fun and good conversation are never too far away.
All meals are freshly prepared on-site by trained chefs, who offer a range of nutritious and tasty food, catering for special dietary requirements when needed. Our dedicated team of activity coordinators are responsible for overseeing a varied and busy life enrichment programme, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person-centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.
We also have wonderful, well-maintained grounds, surrounded by parks and greenery, and our garden, patio and gazebo are perfect for fresh air and outdoor activities.
Types of care
We always aim to deliver bespoke care to those who live at our home. We tailor our services to meet the unique requirements of each person and in a way that celebrates their individuality, whilst also helping residents to maintain as much independence as possible and treating them with dignity at all times.
