We also have wonderful, well-maintained grounds, surrounded by parks and greenery, and our garden, patio and gazebo are perfect for fresh air and outdoor activities.
Meals are freshly prepared on-site by trained chefs, who offer a range of nutritious and tasty food, catering for special dietary requirements when needed. Krzysztof Krzysztofiak
Hello, my name is Krzysztof and I am the General Manager here at Hampton Grove. Welcome to our website!
Originally from Poland, I have lived in England for over 9 years and have worked in the care sector since 2001. I have BSc in Special Education Needs teacher, MSc in Education Therapy and NVQ level 5 Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care. I have also achieved my Northern Council for Further Education Level2 certificate mental health awareness and HR Manager Diploma.
In 2012 I joined Tanglewood Cedar Falls nursing care home, and through hard work and dedication I was soon promoted to the Floor Manager. During my time within this home I gained managerial experience, and caring for the elderly and those living with Dementia.
My career progression in 2018, saw me take an opportunity to become a home manager for a residential care home in Cambridgeshire. Whilst there, my team and I succeeded in turning the home from having CQC rating inadequate within 6 months.
I love interacting with residents and feel very privilege to listen and learn from them. I’m a believer in supporting colleagues to develop their skills and potential to the maximum level. I’m here to help and support residents, staff and families.
Please feel free to contact me to talk through your needs or that of your loved one, my door is always open.
