General Manager
Hello, my name is Stefan, and I am the General Manager at Hampton Grove Care Home. I began my journey with Barchester in 2015, starting as a carer and progressing to Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager and now the General Manager at Hampton Grove.
My background includes degrees from both nursing school and law school, which equip me with a diverse skill set to enhance my ability to provide high-quality care for our residents. My continuous professional development is driven by my commitment to improving the lives of our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
