Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

I started working for Barchester in October 2020. The team here at Hampton Grove have made me feel welcome. No day is ever the same here.
My varied daily activities and events help to create a stimulating engagement programme to enhance the quality of life for each resident within the home.

Life at Hampton Grove Care Home
Lollipop Ponies
This afternoon we had the pleasure of meeting 'Lollypop and Moomie' from Lollipop Pony Parties.
These wonderful ponies came all the way from Birmingham to spend the afternoon with our residents. They were an absolute delight, very well behaved and simply loved being patted by our residents, they put a smile on everyone's face.
Nurturing new Residents
Today our chicken eggs have arrived at Hampton Grove, all settled in the incubator. Its time to wait and watch, our residents can't wait to see them hatch.
Loving the Local Lake
Lovely afternoon for a stroll to the lake, watching the wildlife on the lake, and the world passing by. This is the life....
Loving our Lawns
The sun was out today, the sky was blue. We though it was time to tidy the garden for the summer months to come. Starting by cutting the grass and weeding the boarders, and after enjoying a lovely cup of tea in the garden.
Happy 90th Birthday 'Elizabeth'
Hampton Grove would like to wish Elizabeth a very happy 90th birthday, from all the staff and residents at Hampton Grove.
Summer's on its way!
The weather was so lovely over the weekend so the residents took the opportunity to spend some time outside in the garden where they could enjoy the sun. We even had ice lollies!
