Activities at Hampton Grove Care Home

Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Life at Hampton Grove Care Home

Lunch out at Mulberry Tree Farm

Some of our residents from Hampton Grove enjoyed their lunch out today with fish and chips and steak pies with a cheeky glass of wine to wash it down at the Mulberry tree farm restaurant. We had an amazing time talking about how we celebrated the Queen’s Jubilee and all our plans for the summer. The residents reminisced about special meals they remembered having with their family and what their favourite meal is!

Father's Day

All our amazing gentlemen at Hampton Grove received a little gift from us today to say Happy Father’s Day!

Pimms in the Pool

The weather has been so hot, we've been outside and chilling our toes in the Hampton Grove paddling pool. Some feet only and others fully immersed!  Our residents enjoyed having a cooling Pimm's and lemonade listening to their favourite some music in the sun.

Going Wild in Lincolnshire

Residents from Hampton Grove care home in Peterborough were filled with joy during their visit to Lincolnshire Wildlife Park. Residents were able to see animals from all round the world in person, and had a chance to enjoy lovely picnic near the parrots, finishing the day off with ice lollies. We all agreed that our favourite animal to see was the tigers!''

Krzysztof Krzysztofiak General Manager of Hampton Grove said: “Our residents have really enjoyed their day out at the Wildlife Park. Trips out in the homes minibus are a regular event for the residents, and we always ask for ideas on where they would best like to go. The day was a lot of fun, with perfect weather and close encounters of the ‘wild kind’.”
