Most days, you will find our Activities Coordinators doing a range of different activities with residents, whether that be in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis. It is important that our activities team are passionate about the social events that we provide, and are dedicated to delivering an activities programme that reflect the interests and capabilities of those we support, so that life at Wilsmere House is full of fun.

What a Lovely Day
Residents at Wilsmere House all took turns in meeting the Mayor and trying out some magic. Loved ones laughed and relaxed in the glorious sunshine - what a lovely day.
Just Another Day
Residents enjoyed some flamenco dancing with our Deputy Manager and other staff members. This is nothing new and families are always welcome to join us.
Open Day
Wilsmere House residents had the pleasure of meeting the newly-appointed mayor of Harrow, Councillor Margaret Davine and her deputy, Marilyn Devine.
They had a lovely afternoon with residents as they cheered for the magician and enjoyed a singalong with David Karl.
Employee of the Month - May
Congratulations to Ioana Chioran who has been nominated by residents and loved ones for her attention to detail and the fact that she always goes the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of her unit.
100th Birthday Celebrations
Teresa celebrated her 100th birthday on June 7th 2017. It was a joyous event with family and friends, who told us many great stories about our beloved Teresa. She also received a card from Her Majesty The Queen and the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in addition to a letter from the Irish government.

Well done to Feliciano Romero, who was named Employee of the Month for April here at Wilsmere House.
