Most days, you will find our Activities Coordinators doing a range of different activities with residents, whether that be in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis. It is important that our activities team are passionate about the social events that we provide, and are dedicated to delivering an activities programme that reflect the interests and capabilities of those we support, so that life at Wilsmere House is full of fun.

International Nurses' Day
On Friday May 12th, Nurses at Wilsmere House were shown how much they are appreciated when we celebrated International Nurses' Day to recognise their achievements and hard work throughout the years. The Chef and his team put out a delicious spread for them to enjoy and their received some delicious chocolates as a gift from Barchester.
Easter Egg Painting
Residents at Wilsmere House have been very busy painting and making Easter cards over this festive period.
Walk to Work Day
On Friday April 7th, staff at Wilsmere House decided that they would walk to work together, and they thoroughly enjoyed it, so they have decided to do this on a weekly basis.

Valentine's Day
Residents celebrated Valentine's Day by placing the names of loved ones into balloons, inflating them and then releasing them.

Family and friends joined us to celebrate the life of Robert Burns.
