Hi, my name is Lili and I am the General Manager here at Wilsmere House. Welcome to our website!
I first joined Barchester as a carer in 2004. I have been in various managerial positions since 2010, and have been a General Manager at Wilsmere from June 2015.
As a General Manager, my main duty is to guarantee that all residents receive the best care possible. I ensure that resident’s choices are respected and all of their needs met.
I work closely with my highly trained and talented team in order to make sure all residents is happy, and that they continue to live life on their terms, in the best possible environment. We maintain our high standards, which have been reflected in our recent CQC report and ratings.
I started at Wilsmere House in 1993 as a Care Assistant. I was promoted to Senior Care Assistant after completing my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Care and then completed the NVQ Level 3 in Management. From 2005 until 2013 I was a Hotel Services Manager responsible for the Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry Services and I worked my way up to non clinical Deputy overseeing the Catering, Laundry, Housekeeping and Care Staff. I work along side my Manager, Lili Cocue and Ramona Dita the Clinical Deputy, to ensure that the high standards of care and service is maintained. Wilsmere House provides a friendly and warm welcoming home where residents and everybody that work or visit the home are made to feel at home.
I have over 20 years of nursing experience and I joined Barchester in 2014. My role is to make sure every residents' needs are met and our team is updated with latest clinical developments. I love spending time with residents and it makes me happy knowing that they are all safe and comfortable.

Hi, my name is Usma, and I am the head of our nursing unit.
Hello, I am proud to say that I am the Clinical Deputy Manager here at Wilsmere House.
I have been working here for since 2012 as a Nurse on the Elms Unit and have since been promoted to Unit Manager in 2015. Since 2019 I have been working as the Clinical Deputy Manager, which is extremely rewarding.
I look forward to welcoming you into our home.
I joined Wilsmere House in 2013 as the Home Administrator, prior to this I was in banking for 28 years of which I spent 11 years as Account/Customer Service Manager.
My main role is to keep everything relating to administration on track and ensuring the home runs smoothly.
I am involved with looking after the home finances, from sales to payroll, supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of Wilsmere House and supporting staff and relatives/residents within the home.
Hello, my name is Dean Ludwick and I am proud to say I am the Head of Maintenance here at Wilsmere House.
I have recently joined the team here in Harrow. Prior to working for Barchester I had been a Plumber and Engineer for British Gas, then changing my career path into Maintenance six years ago.
I love working here at Wilsmere, because I help people that are most in need.
Hello, my name is Diana and I am a Senior Nurse and also The Medication Champion here at WIlsmere House!
I joined Barchester Healthcare in 2016 and have been here ever since. I studied Nursing in Romania and once completely my degree, came to the United Kingdom and joined Wilsmere House Care Centre.
I became a Nurse to improve peoples' lives and this career is just so meaningful.
Hi I'm Sophie, I am the activities Coordinator here at Wilsmere. My role is to make sure each and every resident has a full activity plan. I really enjoy my role and seeing the smile on their faces makes it all worthwhile. I make sure I keep the plan active and varied and always have something to suits everyone's needs.

My name is Anne Foley and I am a Senior Carer and Spirituality Champion here at Wilsmere House.
I have worked in this home just over four years and have enjoyed every minute. I look after our residents living with dementia, it is extremely rewarding - it makes my day!
Hello, my name is Maria-Roxana and I am proud to say I am a Registered Nurse here at Wilsmere House.
I love devoting and dedicating my time to improving the lives of our residents. I am extremely proud of the home we have here.
My name is Raluca and I'm a Senior Physiotherapist. My particular interests are in musculoskeletal medicine, neurology and rehabilitation. I'm very passionate about rehab and helping people to achieve their goals. I love to provide premium care and support residents who are on their road to recovery.
