Over the years, I have held various roles, including in management, which have enriched my leadership skills and deepen my understanding of person centred care. As a Clinical Lead at Wilsmere House I am committed to ensuring excellence in clinical practice and supporting our team in creating a safe, compassionate and nurturing environment for our residents.

Uzma Kamran Iyanat Bhatti

Unit Manager

Hi, my name is Usma, and I am the head of our nursing unit.

Raluca Rosculet

Senior Physiotherapist

My name is Raluca, and I’m a Senior Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience, 10 of which I’ve proudly dedicated to Barchester. With a BSc and MSc in Physiotherapy, and a background in both hospital and care settings, I’ve found my true calling here—where care is personal, continuous, and deeply meaningful.

I’ve worked with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, etc. Personally, the brain fascinates me—it challenges and inspires me every day! My passion for helping people regain independence is grounded not just in clinical expertise, but in compassion, teamwork, and connection. I’m grateful to Barchester for supporting my growth, including through their Team Leadership Programme, which strengthened my ability to lead with empathy and purpose. Their values truly align with my own—placing people first, working together, and striving for excellence.

I live by the principle: ‘Love and do what you want.’ As a paradox, true love for what you do means acting with integrity, always doing what’s best without any expectations—not just for yourself, but for the people around you. In a team-driven environment like ours, that’s what makes the difference!
