Hi, my name is Lili and I am the General Manager here at Wilsmere House Care Centre. Welcome to our website!
I first joined Barchester as a carer in 2004. I have been in various managerial positions since 2010, and have been a General Manager at Wilsmere from June 2015. As a General Manager, my main duty is to guarantee that all residents receive the best care possible. I ensure that resident’s choices are respected and all of their needs met. I work closely with my highly trained and talented team in order to make sure all residents is happy, and that they continue to live life on their terms, in the best possible environment. We maintain our high standards, which have been reflected in our recent CQC report and ratings.
I started at Wilsmere House in 1993 as a Care Assistant. I was promoted to Senior Care Assistant after completing my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Care and then completed the NVQ Level 3 in Management. From 2005 until 2013 I was a Hotel Services Manager responsible for the Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry Services and I worked my way up to non clinical Deputy overseeing the Catering, Laundry, Housekeeping and Care Staff. I work along side my Manager, Lili Cocue and Ramona Dita the Clinical Deputy, to ensure that the high standards of care and service is maintained. Wilsmere House provides a friendly and warm welcoming home where residents and everybody that work or visit the home are made to feel at home.
I have over 20 years of nursing experience and I joined Barchester in 2014. My role is to make sure every residents' needs are met and our team is updated with latest clinical developments. I love spending time with residents and it makes me happy knowing that they are all safe and comfortable.
I joined Wilsmere House in 2013 as the Home Administrator, prior to this I was in banking for 28 years of which I spent 11 years as Account/Customer Service Manager.My main role is to keep everything relating to administration on track and ensuring the home runs smoothly.I am involved with looking after the home finances, from sales to payroll, supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of Wilsmere House and supporting staff and relatives/residents within the home.
My name is Raluca and I'm a Senior Physiotherapist. My particular interests are in musculoskeletal medicine, neurology and rehabilitation. I'm very passionate about rehab and helping people to achieve their goals. I love to provide premium care and support residents who are on their road to recovery.
My name is Cristina and my background is in Occupational Therapy but currently working as a therapist assistant in Wilsmere House. I'm specialised in Hand Therapy. My passion is helping people to improve their lives. I love my job because every day is a new challenge.
