Most days, you will find our Activities Coordinators doing a range of different activities with residents, whether that be in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis. It is important that our activities team are passionate about the social events that we provide, and are dedicated to delivering an activities programme that reflect the interests and capabilities of those we support, so that life at Wilsmere House is full of fun.

Life at Wilsmere House Care Home
Employee of the Month - June
Our employee of the month for June at Wilsmere House was Ana Urban. Ana was chosen due to her consistent hard work, outstanding attention to detail and ensuring that her residents are well looked after and involved in a variety of activities.
Ventriloquist Visit
Our residents are always happy to have the ventriloquist in doing his magic and he’s always happy to share his tricks with both staff and residents! We look forward to his next visit.
Wilsmere House Artist
Ray has been living at Wilsmere house over three years and has found pleasure in doing his art work. He has a daily routine where he’s supported by the Activities team who ensure he has all the equipment for his art.
He takes a lot of pride in his work and they are displayed around the home.
Bingo, Anyone?
Residents look forward to their weekly bingo game every Wednesday afternoon.
Scary Monday
Residents enjoyed dressing up as their favourite scary characters.
Carers Week
The Carers at Wilsmere House all enjoyed an afternoon of fun and refreshments as they were praised for their hard work throughout the year.
