Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Sherwood Court Care Home
Baking Fun
Residents and staff baked some delicious cupcakes here at Sherwood Court.
Tis' the Season Panto
We were joined by The Travelling Theatre Company who performed Tis the Season panto. Everyone got into the Christmas spirit and sang along.
Jack and the Beanstalk
Residents at Sherwood Court enjoyed the pantomime Jack and The Beanstalk. Lots of laughs were had by all.
Christmas Jumper Day
Our team at Sherwood Court have been getting festive in their Christmas jumpers to raise money for ‘Save the Children’ charity
Elf Day Celebrations
Staff at Sherwood Court swapped their uniforms for costumes on National Elf Day in an effort to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. A great day had by all!
Children in Need
Staff and residents enjoyed celebrating Children in Need by dressing up in their onesies and pyjamas and eating Pudsey biscuits.
