Activities at Hampton Grove Care Home

Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Hand-made Cards from Girl-Guides, Brownies and Rainbows

Today we received some beautiful cards handmade by the 17th Paston Guides, 10th Paston Brownies and 3rd Paston Rainbows. They all contained lovely messages for our residents. After our two minutes of silence our residents opened up the cards and helped to display them around the home.

Dog Show

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to our dog show yesterday afternoon in support of the Guide dog association (Guide Dogs Midlands and East). Lots of dogs joined in the competitions and the residents had a hard time picking their winners because they were all so fabulous. Milo and Bailey the Chihuahuas stole a lot of hearts, placing in almost every single round! We are delighted to announce that so far we have raised £151 for Peterborough's guide dog association! We would also like to say thank you to 17th Paston Guides  for joining us and doing a tombola for our guests and residents.
