Activities at Beaufort Grange Care Home
Our teams are trained to enrich the lives of residents through stimulating the mind, body and soul, and taking the time to learn about each person to ensure everyone receives support that adds enrichment to their life.
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Lucy Lock
Hello, I am Lucy and I have worked at Beaufort Grange since 2015, starting as a care assistant I have progressed to senior care assistant and now into my role as an Activities Assistant. It's always a pleasure to keep the residents updated with community activities. What I enjoy about my job is making everyone laugh and keeping residents and staff entertained. You will often hear me singing as I walk down the corridor!
Activities and Events Partnerships
As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Beaufort Grange Care Home

Mini Beauforts
We always have a great time at our baby and toddler group Mini Beaufort's.
Our residents thoroughly enjoy our group which involve's singing along to well know nursery rhymes, plenty of laughter and lots of fun. Its always a pleasure to see the joy the little ones bring to our residents faces.
This is also a great opportunity to meet new parents and their little ones in the surrounding area.
Please do pop along to one of our sessions, they are free to attend and there is no need to pre book!

Coffee and a Catch up
Our lovely residents at Beaufort Grange love nothing more than a hot cup of coffee and a good old natter.
We are extremely lucky to have some great business located near us, with one of those being Boston Tea Party Cheswick Village.
Thank you for always being so accommodating and providing us with delicious treats and beverages.

Gingerbread House Making
Our residents at Beaufort Grange have been putting their decorating skills to good use as they spent their afternoon getting creative with a Gingerbread house.
This was definitely one of our more sticky fingered festive activities! Well done to our lovely residents for your Christmas creation.

Christmas Fete!
Thank you to everyone who came along to our Christmas Fete this year!
A big thank you to those who came with their stalls! You all had some amazing products, and also a special thank you to staff and volunteers who organised and came and helped out with the event. Your support made this event one not to be missed.
There was festive music provided by Alan Peacock the very talented saxophonist.
Congratulations to all the winners of the raffle and tombola!! We cant wait for next year.

A Gift of Christmas Kindness
At Beaufort Grange we were blessed to have a special delivery from two wonderful children.
A card of Christmas wishes was hand delivered to our lovely residents. This kind gesture came from the children of year 3 in Wheatfield Primary School. This really does make us reflect on what the meaning of Christmas is all about.
Thank you to all the Children and Staff who helped create this beautiful card.

Elves all Around!
Beaufort Grange had a great time for Elf Day with our very own elves around the home and a visit from the amazing Ralph our PAT (Pets As Therapy) dog,
