Activities at Beaufort Grange Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.
Lynnett Heron
Hello I am Lynnett and I am the Activities Coordinator at Beaufort Grange. My job is a big part of my life, and I thrive on seeing residents smiling and having fun. I'm very outgoing with an infectious personality and have an incredible bond with many of our residents and their families. Our activities program ranges from arts & crafts, live music, gardening, trips out, walks and so much more.
As a team we are committed to Barchester's Life Enrichment programme ensuring we work with mind, body and soul.

Life at Beaufort Grange Care Home
Dancing Lessons
We had regular entertainer, Carol Golding, in recently and made the most of it by getting our groove on. Residents enjoyed dancing with Activities Coordinator, Callam, and even had to teach him a thing or two.
Samantha's Birthday
Here we have long term residents and Beaufort celebrity, Samantha Reid, celebrating her birthday with some cheesecake. We all got a slice and it was magical!
Almondsbury Garden Centre
We always try to get out and about as often as we can; one of our favourite places to visit is the garden centre in Almondsbury. We last went on Thursday 4th October and had tea in the café and look at all the lovely plants.
Ryder Cup 2018
To celebrate the Ryder Cup, we here at Beaufort Grange decided to get in on the action with our very own putting green. The sun came out for us and some unexpected talents were discovered, and everyone who took part had a great time.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
We joined hundreds of people across the country in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Residents, loved ones and staff enjoyed the coffee and cakes on offer. A special thank you to our chef, Amanda, who made all the wonderful cakes in the home's kitchen.
The Sound of Music
We were thrilled to welcome back home favourite, Carol Golding. As usual, her performance was enjoyed by all who were dancing and singing along.
