Activities at Beaufort Grange Care Home

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Life at Beaufort Grange Care Home

Easter Chicks

Cheswick Court community kindly gave us some of the little Easter chicks they knit. The best part was the chocolate inside, of course! We then gave them to residents for Easter. They were all very happy about them!

Zoolab's Back

ZooLab came to visit us again and brought their favourite animals: a snake, a tarantula, a millipede and a sweet guinea pig. Our residents were brave enough to gently hold the snake in their hands and were amazed on how its skin was soft!

The Willy Wicket

We went to the Willy Wicket pub for lunch. Residents had delicious meals (and drinks) and enjoyed it a lot. A memory drive around Downend brought back a lot of memories to our residents.

Music Entertainment

We had a fantastic time with our musical guests Sian and Rob who came to play and sing along with our residents. From Christmas classic songs to Louis Armstrong’s Hello Dolly, our residents enjoyed all the songs!

Aerospace Museum

We took a trip back to the past by visiting the Aerospace museum. It brought back a lot of memories to our residents who all knew the Concorde in different ways.

Meet Fluffy Flynn

Flynn went up on every floor to greet our residents and put a smile on their faces. All were delighted! Poor Flynn was very tired by the end of the afternoon. Come back any time, Flynn!
