Activities at Ritson Lodge Care Home

Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Merry Christmas EEAST from all of the team at Ritson Lodge

Emma our Activities Assistant here at Ritson Lodge joined our Customer Relationship Manager Dan to spread some Christmas cheer  - complete with festive Cupcakes expertly made by Tom - our Head Chef.

First stop - the Waveney Ambulance Station and East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

*The Ambulance Charity or TASC was established to support frontline and support staff with their mental, physical and financial wellbeing. The charity does not receive any Government funding and relies solely on donations.

Siobhan our General Manager at Ritson Lodge said: “TASC is an incredible charity, and having worked in Hospitals myself I know just how hard everyone works - especially the EEAST staff. We thought this was a great way to express our thanks and gratitude to the whole of the ambulance team and the people behind the front line too. The stresses the staff surely have faced over recent months and continue to face daily must be incredible – we need to support them in any way we can! And a big thank you to TASC and Hayley for enabling us to do this today!”
