Hello, my name is Siobhan and I am the General Manager here at Ritson Lodge.
My background is actually Nursing and I am passionate about providing exemplary care and a wonderful homely experience for those who choose to make Ritson Lodge their home.
As our loved ones grow older and require more support in their day to day lives I can fully appreciate how hard it can be for everyone involved and my highly qualified team and I are always here to support you throughout this journey.
Our team here at Ritson Lodge are dedicated to guaranteeing that all of our residents are treated with dignity, respect and attention - whilst at the same providing a varied life enrichment activities programme and delicious home cooked food too!
I am so proud to be working with our team here at Ritson Lodge and it is a real pleasure to get to know our residents, their families and all of our home community friends too.

My name is Julie and I am the Deputy Manager here at Ritson Lodge.
I have nearly 30 years' experience in both the private care sector and the NHS. During this time, I have gained several health care qualifications. Before joining the Ritson Lodge family in August 2017, I worked for 5 years as a Deputy Manager in another care home.
My goal is to provide the best quality, person-centred care to those we support and to ensure that all our residents are able to enjoy enriched and comfortable lives .
Hello, my name is Becky, and I am the Head of our Memory Lane Dementia Community here at Ritson Lodge.
I have been working at Ritson Lodge for over 10 years now and my passion since I was very young has always been looking after the elderly and Dementia Care.
Our residents have so many fantastic stories that they share and I really enjoy getting to know their families and friends too when they come to visit.
I really enjoy working at Ritson Lodge and nothing drives me more than providing the best possible care for all of our residents who choose to make Ritson Lodge their home.

Hello, my name is Jo. I have been a Home Administrator at Barchester Healthcare since 2002.
My team and I coordinate and facilitate all administration within the home for residents and staff.
My role includes supporting residents and their families with any financial matters that arise, whether they need help setting up a new Sky subscription, ordering newspapers or simply getting some extra shopping in.
Hi, my name is Rita and I am the Activities Coordinator.
I have many years of experience in Activities and I have been with Barchester since 2018. I previously worked in Chelsea in another Care Home working with all of the West End stars!
I love being part of the Ritson team and supporting our residents to live their best lives with fun, interesting and varied activities available every week. Learning about the residents and including their interests, hobbies and life experiences into the activities that we provide is one of the most rewarding aspects of working here. I am always one of the first to introduce myself to new residents so that we can chat about what kind of activities they enjoy.
Hello, my name is Tom and I am the Head Chef here at Ritson Lodge. I pride myself on preparing high quality food and seeing our residents enjoy the dishes that the team and myself create makes me very happy.
Our Hospitality team here at Ritson Lodge is committed to providing seasonal home cooked menus offering choice, nutrition and quality - including exciting menus to specific individual dietary needs and all appetites. The food we produce is hugely important to our residents which is why it is absolutely imperative that we always get their feedback and continuously meet the needs and nutritional quota of every single resident who chooses to make Ritson Lodge their home.
Hello, my name is Paul and I am the Maintenance Manager at Ritson Lodge.
As the Maintenance Manager, I make sure the home and gardens are maintained to a high standard. We are very proud of our beautiful home and the whole team works hard to ensure that our residents enjoy living here.
It is my responsibility to make sure every resident's stay here is as comfortable as possible and I am always on hand to help residents with putting up a new picture, installing a new TV or rearranging their furniture.
My door is always open to anyone who has an idea about improving the home in any way.

Hello my name is Reece and I am a Host here at Ritson Lodge.
I have worked here since 2017 and I love being a Host because I like to help the residents and be able to interact with them. My role is to ensure that all the residents have a fantastic dining experience for every meal. The chef and I will always spend time with new residents to find out their likes, dislikes and preferences.
