Hi, my name is Pamela, and I am the General Manager here at Ritson Lodge. Welcome to our website!
I am a qualified nurse, trained at the Royal London hospital, where I worked briefly before joining the private sector. My passion lies with community and care homes and I have extensive management experience as a home manager and care consultant.
I am proud to be part of the team here at Ritson Lodge and to work for Barchester. My team and I are dedicated to making each day different and special for residents. The care we deliver is person-centred, ensuring that individual needs and requirements are met and that residents retain as much independence as possible with support to continue pursuing the interests and hobbies they have always enjoyed.
My name is Julie and I am the Head of Residential here at Ritson Lodge. I have over 25 years' experience in both the private sector and the NHS. During this time, I gained several health and social care qualifications.
Before joining the Ritson Lodge family in August 2017, I worked for 5 years as a Deputy Manager in a different residential care home. My goal is to provide high quality, person-centred care to those we support.
Hello, my name is Jo. I have been a Home Administrator at Barchester Healthcare for over 15 years. The role is varied and very interesting and entails a multitude of tasks that keep me busy for most days. I coordinate and facilitate all administration issues as well as management support. My role covers all financial aspects of the running of the home and you can contact me at any time to discuss anything relating to finances.
Hello, my name is Rita and I have worked in care for over ten years. I previously worked in London but decided to start a new adventure by moving to Norfolk. I am very passionate about what I do and love to spend time with the residents – bringing smiles and making them happy!
Hello, my name is Julia and I have worked at Ritson Lodge since 2017, but I have worked within healthcare settings for over 30 years. My role as admin assistant/receptionist is to greet visitors to the home and undertake the administration tasks to ensure smooth running of Ritson Lodge.
As Maintenance Manager Paul makes sure the home and gardens are looked after to a high standard, he is also the key contact on site for outside contractors. He will make sure every resident's stay here is trouble free and as comfortable as possible and he is the person to go to for any problems within the rooms or home.
Hi, my name is Sue and I am the Activities Assistant! I have worked in activities for over 12 years and I am so passionate about helping our residents to enjoy every aspect of their day. My favourite part of the job is making people laugh and cheering up somebody when they're feeling down.
As Head Chef, Andy will make sure that every meal time is of a high standard and enjoyed by our residents. Andy is responsible for meeting any special dietary requirements. He enjoys providing quality food and catering to our visitors, relatives and guests whenever they visit Ritson Lodge.
Hello, my name is Teesha and I am one of the care assistants at Ritson Lodge. I really enjoy working here and love making residents smile.
