Activities at Moreton Hill Care Home

Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

MP David Drew Visits Moreton Hill

Moreton Hill had the pleasure of welcoming Labour MP David Drew today. After a tour of Moreton Hill and a taste of our chefs home made cakes, David met with the residents and staff. David remembers Moreton Hill when it was in the stages of being built and was extremely impressed by the extensive renovations.

Halloween With A Difference

The residents of Moreton Hill decided to celebrate Halloween with a difference this year with a special Italian lesson to learn all about All Souls and All Saints day. The earliest origins of Halloween stemmed from the Romans who celebrated a festival called Parentalia and the Lemuria and the group not only learnt more about this interesting festival but much more besides! If you would like to join us for beginners Italian please get in touch by calling Louisa on 07551 276827
