Activities at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Home
Our Activities Coordinators are constantly striving to mentally and physically stimulate those we support by organising group and individual activities for anyone and everyone to participate in. There are regular weekly outings in the minibus to nearby places of interest including the local theatre and Cathedral's as well as visits from PAT dogs, visiting zoos, musicians and entertainers. We also host evenings such as our Pizza & Quiz Night that we encourage relatives to come to. Activities are one of the most important aspects of a care home, so it is essential that our team are dedicated to ensuring that residents are entertained, and that life at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Community is fun and active.

I joined the Chorleywood Beaumont team in 2023 an activities coordinator lead. I have worked in the care sector for over 9 years and I have been a wellbeing Activities lead for over 2 years. In this time I continue to build a great knowledge of skills and experience in providing and implementing a variety of activities to cater and support for all needs. Suiting each individual, supporting the mind body and soul. I am passionate about my role here at Chorleywood Beaumont, providing person centred support and caring for the wellbeing of everyone. I am a people person and I love putting a smile on our resident’s faces. It is so rewarding and makes me happy.

On Saturday, Chorleywood Beaumont held an open day and invited residents loved ones, families considering care support options and the local community to join our us to meet our team and find out more about life at Chorleywood Beaumont. Residents made flower arrangements to decorate the home to welcome our guests.
Our Chef team prepared delicious refreshments including lovely cakes and sandwiches and there was a glass of fizz. Razvan, Deputy Manager at Chorleywood Beaumont's showed visitors around our beautiful home and introduced them to members of the team and our residents.
It was a lovely day enjoyed by residents, staff and visitors a like!

The Residents at Chorleywood Beaumont had a busy afternoon making delicious home made pizza from scratch with the help from our hospitality team.
The smell of the delicious pizza cooking had our tummy’s rumbling and the residents were so proud of their tasty creations. They piled them high with their favorite toppings and our head chef baked them

Chorleywood Beaumont's Summer BBQ.
Residents, team members and their loved ones enjoyed a delicious selection of super scrummy BBQ food and delicious sweet treats served by Cristopher and Cristian, our amazing Head Chefs at The Chorleywood Beaumont's Summer Garden Party at the weekend.
The weather was not great but the celebrations were high, as we were joined by the Chorleywood Orchestra. It was lovely to see so many of our resident friends and family join us, along with members of our local community.
Thank you to the team who were amazing and every one who joined us, we had a great time and hope you did too!
Live performance at Chorleywood Beaumont.
Chorleywood Beaumont residents had an incredible time dancing and singing along to live music performed by Yan James last Friday afternoon.
Yan James is an exceptional musical talent, with engaging stage presence, and a diverse repertoire. He captivated our residents from start to finish with his mesmerizing performance and dynamic interaction with the audience, he created a lively and memorable experience for everyone.

Residents at Chorleywood Beaumont enjoyed a relaxing day of pampering. When general manager, Ramona Stanciu arranged delights such as hand massages, manicures and nail painting.
It was a great experience for everyone!
The difficult decision of the day was which nail colour to choose.
They all looked fabulous.
15 years long service award.
✨ 15 Years Long Service Award ✨ Today Chorleywood Beaumont celebrated a great milestone for Widaad Oozeeraully’s Long Service Award. Widaad, who is one of our registered nurses, has been working at Chorelywood Beaumont for 15 years this August and has many fond memories to share with us. We thank you so much Widaad for all of your hard work, and here's to the next 15 years!
