Activities at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Home

We had a lovely outing to Aquadrome Park last week! Residents enjoyed walking around, looking at the pretty birds . We sat in the warm sun , chatted together and enjoyed a nice cup of tea or coffee. It was so peaceful and happy to be out in the fresh air.

We had an incredible time at our cocktail party with family and friends! 

The atmosphere was filled with laughter, delicious drinks, and unforgettable moments.

It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We came together to honour the incredible Florica for her unwavering commitment and dedication over the past 10 years. 
Your hard work and compassion have touched so many lives, and we are truly grateful to have you as part of our family. 

Here’s to many more years of making a difference!      

Our residents enjoyed exploring the beautiful plants and flowers, soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. To top off our wonderful visit, we each enjoyed a refreshing drink of our choice! Cheers to lovely moments and beautiful memories made together!

We were so happy to welcome them to play and sing in our lovely garden. Those bright, cheerful little instruments make such a lovely, gentle sound, perfect for singing along to all our favourite tunes.

Residents had a brilliant time sitting outside, enjoying the sunshine and good company together.

We gathered to celebrate our wonderful Vicky on her 102nd birthday, surrounded by family, friends, and our caring staff! 

It was a heart-warming occasion filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Staying hydrated is especially important during this spell of hot weather! Our wonderful hostesses have been helping our residents keep cool by treating them to refreshing ice lollies throughout the day. 

Not only are they a delicious way to cool down, but they also help support hydration and bring plenty of smiles along the way. It's the little things that make a big difference, and our residents thoroughly enjoyed this refreshing summer treat!     

Last week, we had an incredible time at our residents' BBQ, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying each other's company! 

It was a joyful celebration of community and good vibes. We’re looking forward to our annual BBQ for family and friends this summer! 

We cherished the moments spent with our incredible residents, their loving relatives, and our amazing community. 

The Chorleywood Orchestra truly dazzled us with their beautiful performance, filling the air with joy! 
To top it all off, we gathered for a delicious lunch that added to the warmth of the day. 

Thank you to everyone who made this celebration so special. Together, we create memories that will last a lifetime!

Our residents had a fantastic time at our recent cheese and wine evening! With a variety of delicious cheeses and fine wines, the laughter and camaraderie filled the air.

Last week was Carers Week, and we took the opportunity to recognise the dedication and commitment of our staff throughout the week. Their unwavering support and compassion make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

We had a blooming fabulous time at our flower arrangements activity at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Community – Barchester Healthcare. Our residents embraced their creativity, crafting beautiful bouquets filled with vibrant colours and delightful scents. 

It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, socialise, and bring a touch of nature indoors. Each arrangement tells a unique story, just like our amazing residents!         

What a wonderful day in the garden yesterday at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Community – Barchester Healthcare! We celebrated National Gardening Day by creating beautiful hanging baskets filled with lovely arrangements. 

It was a fantastic opportunity for our residents and staff to come together, share smiles, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
