Razvan Nica
General Manager
Hello my name is Razvan and I am the General Manager at Chorleywood Beaumont.
I qualified as a nurse in 2014 and joined Barchester shortly after. I have worked in various roles during my time at Barchester including as a senior nurse, a clinical lead and promoted to the position for Clinical Deputy Manager in 2023. I became General Manager at Chorleywood Beaumont in October 2024.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a great team at Chorleywood Beaumont. I use the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years to support residents and improve their wellbeing, lifestyle and deliver outstanding care.
I look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home.
