Meet the Chorleywood Beaumont Care Home Team

Hello my name is Razvan and I am the Deputy Manager at Chorleywood Beaumont.

 I qualified as a nurse in 2014 and joined Barchester shortly after. I have worked in various roles during my time at Barchester including as a senior nurse, a clinical lead and promoted to the position for Clinical Deputy Manager in 2023. 

I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a great team at Chorleywood Beaumont. I use the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years to support residents and improve their wellbeing, lifestyle and deliver outstanding care.

I have worked at Chorleywood Beaumont since 2012 as a newly-qualified nurse. I worked my way up to running the Elderly Frail unit on the north side of the home. I love working at Chorleywood Beaumont and think of all the staff and residents as family.

Hello, my name is Claudia and I'm the Unit Manager of North Community.

I joined Barchester in 2017 and in 2020 I was promoted to Unit Manager. I am a Registered General Nurse and I am very passionate about the person centred care of our residents. I am very proud to be part of such an amazing team here at Chorleywood Beaumont.
 

I previously worked at Watford General as a Registered General Nurse and moved to Chorleywood in February 2022 to continue to develop my career.  I love working at Chorleywood Beaumont and think of all the team and residents as an extended family.

Hello, my name is Josann. I am a Registered General Nurse and I love being part of the nursing team at Chorleywood Beaumont. I joined Barchester in March 2022 as a Pre registered nurse. I was a senior carer until I was granted my PIN number by the Nursing and Midwifery Council in August 2022. I enjoy getting to know our residents and their families and look forward to meeting you soon.

Hello I am Carolyn and I am a Registered General Nurse here at Chorleywood Beaumont. 
I joined Barchester in March 2022 as a Pre-Register Nurse and was awarded my PIN number in September 2022. I look forward to developing my career and having the opportunity to support residents to have a happy and fulfilling life. 

Hello, my name is Rudra and I joined the Chorleywood Beaumont team in November 2022, as the Home Administrator. I trained as an accountant and have worked with in carehome providers.

I really enjoy meeting residents and their loved ones and I am very proud to be part of the Chorleywood Beaumont family.

I joined the Chorleywood Beaumont team in 2023 an activities coordinator lead. I  have worked in the care sector for over 9 years and I have been a wellbeing Activities lead for over 2 years.  In this time I continue to build a great knowledge of skills and experience in providing and implementing a variety of activities to cater and support for all needs. Suiting each individual, supporting the mind body and soul.  I am passionate about my role here at Chorleywood Beaumont, providing person centred support and  caring for the wellbeing of everyone. I am a people person and I love putting a smile on our resident’s faces. It is so rewarding and makes me happy.

Hello, my name is Adrian, and I’m the Maintenance Manager here at Chorleywood. I love creating things and have made several sculptures with the residents here at Chorleywood. I’m passionate about my job and love to fix things, so it’s the perfect role for me!

I’m Mira and I’m the Head Housekeeper here at Chorleywood Beaumont. I love coming into the building and seeing it all spotless. My job is perfect for me as I get to spend quality time with the residents, making sure everything is in order.

Hello, my name is Silvia. I am the home’s administrators assistant and your first point of contact at Chorleywood Beaumont. I joined Barchester in May 2023 and absolutely love working with residents and the team at Chorleywood Beaumont. I am passionate about providing the best service to residents and their visitors and I am looking forward to welcoming you to Chorleywood Beaumont. 

Hello I am Harold and I am the Resident Ambassador at Chorleywood Beaumont 

I moved into one of the apartments in Chorleywood Beaumont in 2017 when my wife became a resident in the nursing suite. I was born on 7th June 1929 and have lived in an around the Chorleywood area for many years.  I was nominated as the the Resident Ambassador in 2018.  The role of Resident Ambassador includes being a voice on the views of other residents within the home on the day-to-day management in the home, supporting with tasks such as resident meetings, activities and events, and meeting visitors looking for a home for a loved one to share my experience of living here. I really enjoy my role. Its great getting to know everyone and meeting lots of interesting people. I look forward to welcoming you in to our home soon.

I started working at Chorleywood Beaumont as part of the Chef team in June 22. I really enjoy working in the kitchen and have learnt so much. We really do provide outstanding quality food and we meet with residents regularly to ensure our menu reflects their favourite food's with a delicious nutritious varied menu.
