Activities at Trinity Manor Care Home

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Life at Trinity Manor Care Home

Celebrating 10!

Here at Trinity Manor we have been working incredibly hard to achieve high standards for those we care for.

That being said, we are now VERY pleased to announce that following some INCREDIBLE reviews on carehome.co.uk, that we have finally reached the ultimate goal...

A MAXIMUM SCORE OF 10!!!

Ever since we have been open, a broad selection of friends and families who have had first hand experience with us here at Trinity Manor, have very kindly left us some glowing reviews of their experiences on this independent website, who are very strict in vetting all the reviews they receive.

To reach an overall score of 10 has been a huge team effort and we cannot thank our wonderful staff enough.

We must have a truly incredible team here at Trinity Manor and for that we are very grateful!

Fudgalicious!

We saw the return of a lovely friend of the home recently, Laura Ford, who brought with her some delicious treats for the residents to sample...

Laura, who is locally known for her fudge making prowess and runs her own little company called Simply Fudge Sherborne, today ran a little sampling session to whet the resident's appetites for this yummy sweet treat!

Thank you Laura, for a really wonderful afternoon! Our residents really enjoyed your company... or may be it was just the fudge!

We hope to have you back here at Trinity Manor again very soon.

Forging New Friendships

Home Service Advisor, Rebekah, was busy making some new friends for the home recently, over at Yeovil College ...

Rebekah was shown around by the lovely, Amy, Hannah & Michelle, who were proud to show off some of the College's INCREDIBLE facilities.

From health & social care, health & beauty to hospitality, it really is an amazing place!

We are excited to be planning some future collaborations with the college and look forward to all the wonderful possibilities.

Thank you all for the tour!

Horsing Around!

Out and about yet again, but this time enjoying a bit of horse play...

We popped along to meet some fabulous new horsey friends and see some of the wonderful scenery in and around World Horse Welfare Glenda Spooner Farm today, much to our resident's delight!

A rescue and rehoming centre, it's the perfect place for all our equine friends to come and be loved and find their new forever home.

What an incredible place!

Wonderful Walks

Walking is not only great exercise, but it gets you out and about and is good for the soul!

Whilst recently exploring a little of the local area near our home, some of our residents enjoyed catching up on the simpler things in life...

Stopping off at a play park, they may have been transported back to their youth, enjoying a swing back and forth and even blowing a dandelion clock!

What a lovely way to while away the day.

Day Trippers!

What a fun-filled day for some of our residents recently as they ventured up Ham hill...

A local beauty spot, much loved by many in our area and especially our residents.

If you haven't been up there and seen some of the gorgeous views from the top, you're missing out!

Just ask some of our day trippers.
