Trinity Manor Care Home in Sherborne
Our new premium care home will be opening in Sherborne in December 2019, and will offer residential, respite and dementia support for older individuals.
Our dedicated staff members will provide high quality residential care for older people who would benefit from additional care and support in a warm and friendly environment.
Our Memory Lane community will provide specialised resources for those living with dementia, including adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low risk walkways and activity kitchens, which will enable people to engage in life's everyday simple tasks and pleasures to help them feel like they're right at home.
The community will be broken up into small units with a family feel, helping people feel safe and comfortable. Services will be based on independence, dignity and choice, supported by a person-centred approach to care. Staffing levels will reflect the needs and people living with dementia will be offered a range of activities to help preserve life skills, support interactions and retain a sense of purpose and selfhood.
