"An Afternoon with The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra Today, our residents had the wonderful opportunity to attend a rehearsal with the incredible Scottish Fiddle Orchestra.

It was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. Before the rehearsal, we were all treated to an array of refreshments, including coffee, tea, and biscuits. The hospitality from the staff at Perth Theatre and Concert Hall was nothing short of amazing, making us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable.

As the rehearsal began, the air was filled with enchanting melodies that captivated everyone present. The sheer joy on the faces of our residents and their relatives was simply magical to witness. It was an afternoon brimming with musical delight and unforgettable moments that will be cherished for a long time. A huge thank you to the orchestra for sharing their incredible talent with us and creating such a memorable experience for our community. Your music brought so much happiness and light to our day.  

Our residents had a truly fantastic afternoon at The Glover Arms today! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and treated to the warmest hospitality. The delicious food was an absolute delight, and our residents couldn't stop raving about the wonderful company they enjoyed. 
The staff at The Glover Arms went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was memorable. Our residents were thrilled to share stories, laughter, and camaraderie over a sumptuous meal, making the afternoon even more special. The beautiful ambience and friendly atmosphere added to the overall experience, creating cherished memories for everyone involved.

The entire event was filled with joy and excitement as the captivating performance brought the beloved story to life. Our residents couldn't stop smiling and laughing throughout the show, truly enjoying every moment. After the performance, we were thrilled to have the cast spend some quality time with our residents. They graciously engaged in conversations, sharing stories and making everyone feel special. The photo opportunities were a big hit, with residents eagerly posing with the cast members for cherished keepsakes and fond memories.

Our residents enjoyed a truly fantastic Christmas party today, brimming with joy and festive cheer! The celebration began with a captivating performance by Chris White Music, whose wonderful melodies entertained and delighted everyone present. 

We were then honoured by a visit from Perth's esteemed Lord Provost, who graced us with his presence, bringing heartfelt Christmas greetings. He took the time to chat with our residents, making each one feel truly special. His warm and kind words added a magical touch to our celebration. We extend our sincere thanks to the Lord Provost for joining us and making the day even more memorable.

The highlight of the afternoon was a special visit from Oakbank Primary School. The children filled our home with warmth and joy through their beautiful Christmas carols, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Our residents were beaming with happiness throughout the day, making it an unforgettable experience for all.

Recently, our residents had the delightful experience of attending a Senior Christmas Lunch Dance at The Salutation Hotel.

The event was a wonderful celebration filled with festive cheer, delicious food, and great company. The residents enjoyed a fabulous meal and couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was. The venue's beautiful decorations added a special touch, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere that was perfect for the season. We would like to give a special shout-out to Rachel and her team for their exceptional service and attentiveness. Their warmth and dedication ensured everyone felt welcome and cared for, making the day truly memorable. 

The attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere they provided made a significant difference in the overall experience. In addition to the delightful meal, the residents had the chance to dance and socialize, enjoying the company of friends and staff in a relaxed and festive setting. The combination of great food, lovely decorations, and heartwarming interactions made this event a highlight of the holiday season.

A big thank you to The Salutation Hotel for hosting such a fantastic event and to Rachel and her team for their outstanding efforts. We are deeply grateful for the wonderful memories created and the joy brought to our residents.

Ochil Care Home hosted a spectacular Christmas Lights Switch On event that brought an abundance of joy and holiday spirit to everyone in attendance. 

The afternoon was nothing short of magical, highlighted by a special visit from the enchanting Aylswood Rare Breeds Reindeer. The sight of these majestic animals delighted our residents, spreading smiles and wonder throughout the home. 

Adding to the festive atmosphere, the event featured a snow machine generously provided by Ad-Lib Arts, transforming our surroundings into a picturesque winter wonderland. The glistening snowflakes added a touch of magic, enhancing the already festive ambiance. Our beautifully decorated home radiated with holiday cheer as we illuminated our stunning Christmas lights, creating a warm and inviting glow. 

Residents and guests enjoyed a delightful afternoon filled with various festive activities, along with delicious treats and warm drinks that added to the celebration. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us and contributed to making this event so special. The happiness and wonderful memories created are truly cherished by all.
