Bridget Martinez
acting General Manager
Hello, my name is Bridget, and I am proud to have joined the team at Ochil Care Home as Deputy Manager in June 2025 and now acting General Manager.
I qualified as an Adult General Nurse in 2006, bringing with me 19 years of nursing experience, primarily gained in England. My most recent roles have included Deputy Matron in an Intensive Care Unit and Ward Manager on a Medical Acute Assessment Unit.
I hold a BSc in Professional Nursing and have also completed a Clinical Leadership and Management module at Master’s level. I am deeply passionate about nursing and am always striving to enhance the quality of care we provide to our residents.
I am delighted to be part of the Ochil Care Home team. Please don’t hesitate to come and see me—I’m always happy to help.
