Hi, my name is Nicola, and I am the Acting General Manager. Welcome to our website!
I am often asked what motivates me to do this job, and I always reply that it is an honour to work with a team who are so dedicated to providing the best care possible for our residents.
I also enjoy seeing staff grow in confidence and knowledge and progress through their career.
I originally trained as a mental health nurse, and I have over 40 years’ experience working within healthcare. I have worked in a hospital, the community and care homes in various roles, from staff nurse to service manager, Head of Nursing, and Operations Director. I am also qualified in teaching regarding behaviours that challenge.
I have enjoyed every minute of my career, which has been varied and interesting. I enjoy working with teams to watch them grow, and ultimately see smiles on the faces of those we support.Get in touch Meet my team
