Our home is situated in the heart of Trowbridge, just on the River Bliss in the West Country. Located close to the community with access to local amenities, the home is ideal for those wanting to retain as much independence as possible. We are always happy to discuss how we can meet your needs, so please, give us a call or pop in. A warm welcome will always await you.
Types of care
The care we provide is entirely focused around a person-centred approach, which enables freedom of choice, and individually tailored care plans to suit the resident rather than a routine. Staff are highly trained to not only provide an excellent, caring environment, but they also have a range of activities that make for an excellent social environment, including regular music therapy.
Our Memory Lane community specialises in innovative dementia care, ensuring that every resident can thrive in an environment designed to stimulate and enrich their lives, whilst giving families peace of mind and security. Our person-centered team are experienced in responding to the challenges that dementia presents, at whichever stage of the journey.Read more
