Dementia Care

The home's specialist Memory Lane Community utilises a careful blend of skills and techniques developed by leading experts in the field of dementia care, incorporating person-centred design in its use of colour and cues to help individuals navigate through the home, whilst thoughtful interior design features, such us adapted crockery and tableware assists with reminiscence. Communities are broken up into separate units with a family feel so people can feel safe and comfortable.
