Hello. My name is Lesley and I am the General Manager at The Wingfield. Welcome to our website!
I have worked in the health industry for 16 years now and was the Clinical Development Nurse before becoming the General Manager at The Wingfield. I very much have a hands on approach so you may see me working the floor as knowing all the residents personally is key.

My name is Clare and I am the deputy General Manager here.
I qualified as a nurse in 2005 in Bristol, I spent the next few years working in Intensive care before heading out to Saudi Arabia to continue my career. In addition to my nursing qualifications I have several years working experience working in a senior management positions.
I have many hobbies that i enjoy in my spare time, these include horse riding, gardening, rugby and reading.

Hello, My name is Rebecca and i am the Activity Coordinator here are The Wingfield,
knowing that i come to work and make a real difference to the lives of the residents at The Wingfield is one of the many reasons i love my job and cherish the moments i am able to create as part of my daily role here.
I am a Head of Unit here at Wingfield. I am passionate about the care we provide here and have always felt passionate about working with the elderly. I take pride in the fact that I am a Dementia Friend and therefore I can spread my knowledge to friends, colleagues and those in the community.
Hello, my name is Arnel and I joined the team at The Wingfield in 2004. Originally from the Philippines I enjoy the variety of cooking for our residents and learning about their favourite dishes. At home I still cook traditional Filipino suppers for my family.
The most important thing about our kitchen is how we work together as a team to provide residents with a good dining experience of nutritious and home cooked food.
Hello, My name is Anette and I am one of the senior carers at The Wingfield
Hi, my name is Tracey Page, I have been working for Barchester now for 3 years and was the Head of Housekeeping, I was very hands on alongside the maintenance team and enjoyed doing particular tasks, so when I was approached by my manager to be the Head of Maintenance I jumped at the chance. I started my role on the 24th June and I wish to continue to improve the home for the future.
My attention to detail and experience in housekeeping is shared within the team and I enjoy adding the finishing touches to make the home comfortable and welcoming.
