Meet the The Wingfield Care Home Team

Hello, my name is Kelly and I am delighted to be the Deputy Manager of The Wingfield Care Home.  I have worked in the care sector since the age of 18 and have extensive knowledge of nursing, palliative and dementia care. I started working as a care assistant and gradually have worked my way up including completing my level 4 in Lead Practitioner Adult Social Care. I am very keen to update my knowledge further.

I have a great deal of passion for supporting Individuals to live as independently as possible within their own environment. I am very passionate in providing high quality care and person centred care for all the residents within the Wingfield Care Home.

Hello, my name is Attila and I am the Clinical Deputy Manager here at The Wingfield.  I have over a decade of experience in the care sector, I bring not only my expertise as a Registered Nurse, but also experience from various senior roles that I have fulfilled across a number of care settings including being a General Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead.

I thoroughly enjoying supporting residents at Wingfield and working alongside a wonderful team.

Hello, my name is Lavinia and I am the Head of The Lodge Community here at The Wingfield.  I trained as a nurse in Romania and moved to the UK nine years ago, initially I was a nurse at a care home in Devon, and then joined The Wingfield seven years ago.  I have worked as a nurse in all the communities here, I was promoted to the Head of our Memory Lane Community and now I am enjoying my role as Head of Community in our separate building The Lodge. 

I love working with our wonderful residents, listening to their life stories and being part of their lives.  My role as Head of Community means I am able to spend time with all our residents.

Hello, my name is Pat, I’ve worked in the care sector for over 20 years starting with Barchester in 2021.  I look after the finance and administration of the home.  My door is always open and I am happy to help with any queries you may have.

Hello, my name is Arnel and I joined the team at The Wingfield in 2004. Originally from the Philippines, I enjoy the variety of cooking for our residents and learning about their favourite dishes. At home, I still cook traditional Filipino suppers for my family.

The most important thing about our kitchen is how we work together as a team to provide residents with a good dining experience of nutritious and home-cooked food. 

Hello, my name is Tracey, I have been working for Barchester now for over 3 years, originally the Head of Housekeeping, I was very hands on alongside the maintenance team.  When I was approached by the manager to be the Head of Maintenance I jumped at the chance.   I am here with the team to make the home a safe and well maintained place to live, work and visit.

Hello, my name is Natalie and I am part of the administration team here at The Wingfield.  I love the interaction of working on reception, I am here to help and support in any way I can.

Hello, my name is Anette and I am one of the senior carers at The Wingfield.  I love working with the residents, enriching their lives in everyway as well as having fun with them.
