White Lodge Care home in Swindon provides 24-hour residential and nursing care as well as personalised dementia care in one of Barchester’s dedicated Memory Lane Communities. Our team of highly skilled and attentive staff focus on the individual needs of residents, with a tailored care plan for each person. Set in the heart of rural Wiltshire with views across landscaped grounds and its own fishing lake, the home was awarded the ‘Best Revival Project’ in the Healthcare Design Awards.

Types of care

White Lodge offers general nursing care, dementia care and residential care over three floors. Each floor has a Unit Manager who is supported by our Clinical Lead to ensure that all documentation is written professionally and that care needs are met. Our Head Housekeeper and her team keeps the home clean and tidy, as well as being a valuable asset to part of the residents' social interactions. Our Head Chef has recently become a finalist in the Great South West Awards, and consistently provides high quality food for residents to enjoy.

Hi, my name is Jessa, and I am the General Manager here at White Lodge. Welcome to our website!

I am a licensed nurse, originally from the Philippines, with an unsurpassed track record in home care experience, both clinical and management. I qualified in the UK in 2013 and achieved my first management post in 2016. Throughout the years, I have worked in different healthcare environments, where I developed a passion for palliative care and supporting people with dementia.

My dedication to excellence has earned me loyalty from residents and outstanding merits from my colleagues. My goal is to be a part of your or a loved one's new journey in life. I commit to making residents feel loved, cared for and safe at White Lodge.
