I was visiting springvale Court as part of there summer fair and I can not put into words how impressed I was from the moment I arrived until leaving. The whole atmosphere was amazing every resident I spoke to seemed happy the setting was like a home from home and the staff were helpful, friendly and happy

Springvale is a lovey warm and welcoming home and my uncle cold not be cared for to a higher standard. The staff are very caring and supportive and the home manager and deputy could not be more responsive to any needs my uncle has or questions my family have

My Nanna (who I am proud to say is modelling in one of the photos for Springvale having a cuppa) resides at Springvale and each time I have been there to visit I have found it clean, friendly and the menu for the meals like a top restaurant. Keep up the great work Springvale and thank you for being there to look after my Nanna.

I offer reminiscence therapy. I recently visited springvale court to see if they would be interested in the activity. I was overwhelmed by the kindness shown by the staff. The manager and the deputy were very helpful and caring (they even offered me some freshly baked cake and a coffee). Can't wait to go back to springvale court

It's been a year since I was last there to visit my mam and I have to say thank you to the amazing team at springvale for looking after her from the day she went to you to the day she went to heaven. From my first visit to look around to see how you worked. Halloween 2019 . Full of fun . To the hard times of COVID and knowing she was being looked after so well . To normality and then to knowing she was leaving us you were all amazing. With mam and me and my family. I meant to do this sooner but didn't know how to explain it . Till now . Anyone looking for a home for there loved ones couldn't get any better than springvale..

"Springvale Court is a lovely home with friendly, caring, professional staff. My Mam recently moved in there and the welcome we received was second to none. Every single member of staff introduced themselves and made us so welcome with a tea tray and cakes. A nice touch. From the minute we arrived we knew it was the best home for her. Mam has settled in well and we can now rest knowing she is safe and cared for. It's not an easy decision moving your parent into care, however they made a difficult time so much easier. The home pulled out all of the stops to get Mam moved in swiftly from a bad experience at another home. We can't thank them enough. Without doubt this home is managed to an extremely high standard."

"We have used Springvale for the past 18 month for Mam, and have always been very happy with all of the service's . Communication was excellent, and we have been impressed that any issues identified by Springvale with my mum's care have been raised speedily and dealt with. They were very good at keeping us informed. We would get a call even if she had the slightest injury. This is a very professional and efficient home and staff which has really took onboard the problems of my Mams illness. They took too her from day one, mam was very reluctant to go into a home, but we had no choice, but the lasses had her killing her self-laughing within 5 mins, tea and biscuits were served immediately. They were always ready with a kind word for her, they loved her like their own, Mam was very happy in there, and she loved the Lads & Lasses back with just as much enthusiasm, I'm so glad we found this home for Mam to enjoy her final months. The manager and her staff are angels in disguise xx"

"Absolutely lovely staff who can't do enough for their residents, it's such a lovely homely place to be/visit.. My mum loves being there and I love coming up there to see her and when I do she's always got a smile on her face and really happy to see us and when I leave my mind is massively at ease knowing how cared for and looked after she is.."

"My mother has been a resident in Springvale Court for the last six years. In this time, she has always been treated with respect and dignity. Over recent months, her health has deteriorated, but her care has been excellent. All the staff, from the care manager to the cleaning staff, are so respectful. Couldn't wish for a better place for my mother to end her life."

"Really pleased with the care being given to my mam. The staff are pleasant and patient with mam - who can be difficult at times. Although she has only been in Springvale for a short time, her health and appearance have greatly improved. This is all down to the lovely staff."

"My 92-year-old Mam has just been in Springvale for 2 weeks of respite care. We can't thank all the care staff and the home administrator for giving us the opportunity for a break. All the care staff made Mam very welcome and settled her into her short-term home so that we didn't have any worries about going on holiday. Her care was excellent. Springvale is so clean with great facilities and activities we can't fault the care at all. Mam especially enjoyed the activities that the Activities Coordinator had arranged and even came out with sparkly nails which she loved! We really appreciated all that everybody did for Mam! Thank You!"
