Hi, my name is Judith, and I am General Manager here at Springvale Court. Welcome to our website!
I have worked in the care industry since 2000. I have an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management, and a Level 3 in End of Life Care. I am kind and compassionate and I focus on providing a safe, warm and caring environment for everyone I support.
I have extensive experience in building positive relationships and embedding the key principals of care in those I work alongside.
I have over 10 years’ experience in care and it is the best job in the world! I started my career as a Care Assistant, before being promoted to Deputy Manager. My qualifications include an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care, Working with Dementia Level 3 and End of Life Care Level 3. I strive to deliver the highest possible care to meet the needs and wishes of everyone I support.
I started at Springvale Court in 2010 as a Care Assistant and was then promoted to Activities Coordinator in 2016. I strive to ensure that each individual is supported with social contact, mobility and independence with an activities programme that is fun, so that residents can thrive and live to their full potential.
I have worked at Springvale Court since 2009. My father lived at this home and that was how I became a member of the team here.
Prior to working for Barchester I have worked in the catering industry for over eight years. I have a City & Guilds NVQ 1 & 2 in Multi Skilled Hospitality Services. I am passionate about my work and feel a sense of achievement when resident have enjoyed their meals.
I am always interested in people's idea for our menus and liaise with seniors about residents' dietary requirements. I'll always ensure that residents, staff, loved ones and visitors are offered refreshments upon arrival.
I especially like making cakes and other sweet treats for the children when local schools visit, and love seeing how much they enjoy eating them.
Hi, my name is Ray and I started at Springvale Court in November 2018. I enjoy working with the team and putting every effort into making this place look and feel like home for residents.
Hi, my name is Lesley. I became part of the team at Springvale Court in 2018 and have worked in the care sector for over 21 years. I have gained a lot of qualifications throughout the years of being a care assistant and made my way up the ladder as a senior care worker. I have my NVQ level 2 and 3 in Care, NVQ level 3 in Team leadership and my NVQ Level 3 in dementia care.
I have worked at Springvale Court since 2013 and have been in the care sector for over 30 years, qualifying as an RGN. I provide high quality care to everyone we support here at Springvale Court.
I have worked at Springvale Court since 1998. I work as a Senior Care Assistant and I have completed my NVQ level 1 & 2 in care. I supervise the delivery of high quality care within the carer team.
Hi, my name is Nicola Main, I have been a Senior Care Assistant at Springvale Court since 2019. I have been in the care sector for over 15 years, from managing my own care home to becoming a part of Springvale Courts senior care team. I am passionate about providing great quality care with in our home to our Residents.
