Newton House Care Home in Grantham

Newton House care home provides high quality 24-hour nursing and residential care, alongside expert care for people living with dementia in our Memory Lane Community. We also offer respite care or short breaks, which can now pre-booked up to a year in advance.

Our team of highly qualified and attentive staff are committed to providing individualised care in a safe and comfortable environment. This dedication can be seen in all aspects of life within the home, including our cooking, hospitality and activities programme, which are all designed to meet the needs and interests of each resident.

Located in Grantham, Newton House is a single storey, purpose-built home with extensive garden areas adorned with plants, fruits and vegetables. We are centrally situated for friends and relatives to visit, at any time of the day, and we believe you’ll find that we’re ideally suited to meet your needs.

Why not call in or arrange a visit to see all that we have to offer over a cup of tea? Looking for a care home can be a daunting process and we are keen to provide you with the help and support you need to guide you through this process. We hope to see you soon!

Types of care

Newton House has four communities in total, two of which cater for the needs of elderly frail people, and two for people living with dementia. We also support both nursing and residential residents. We tailor all care towards the individual needs of each person, putting residents at the centre of our care. Our aim is to maintain and encourage skills and we work with the philosophy of what the resident can do and support them in the areas of their life where they are experiencing difficulty.

In our Memory Lane communities, we hold the mentality that it is us who cannot understand what the resident is trying to communicate, and we believe that we have to find a way to change that. Our staff on Memory Lane have had specialised training to ensure that they can reduce the distress and frustration that a person living with dementia may experience on a regular basis. We also realise the stress that this can put on the family, so we aim to support loved ones through the dementia journey as well.

Our Team

The dedicated and experienced team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.

Anna Rizza Senir

General Manager

Hi, my name is Anna and I am the General Manager here at Newton House.

I came to England in 2006 and started my career in care soon after. I am a nurse by profession. Previous roles include: Senior Carer, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager. I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in care and the management of nursing, residential, dementia, and elderly frail services.

It is wonderful being able to work for a company that really cares and values people, a company that will be able to deliver, practice and show ethos, a company that will support and develop individuals to their best potential.
