Our dedicated and experienced team is passionate about providing first-class 24-hour nursing care alongside expert care for people with dementia in our Memory Lane Community. We also offer respite care for short breaks.

Located in Grantham, Newton House is a single storey purpose-built home with extensive garden areas planted with seasonal plants, fruit and vegetables. We are centrally situated for friends and relatives to visit, at any time of the day, and we believe you will find we're ideally suited to meet your needs - both now and in the future.

Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focus on the individual needs of all our residents with a tailored care plan for each person. This dedication can be seen in all aspects of life within the home - in our cooking, hospitality and our social activity and events programme which is designed to meet the needs and particular interests of all those who live with us here at Newton House.

Why not call in or arrange a visit to see all that we have to offer over a cup of tea? We can then learn more about your particular needs and how we may be able to help you - whether now or in the future. Looking for care can be such a daunting process and we are keen to provide you with the help and support you will need to guide you through this process. We hope to see you soon!

New at Newton House....

Having identified a need for better dialysis services in the Grantham area, Renal Services (UK) and Barchester Healthcare have been able to develop together a cost effective, local service which stops people having to travel long distances for dialysis.

By adapting space here, the service has been recently launched with Renal Services (UK) as the registered provider and Newton House providing support, hospitality and space where dialysis can be undertaken in a pleasant setting.

Renal Services (UK) are a small, but growing, expert provider of dialysis services who bring National and European expertise to Newton House in the provision of high quality renal services.

Our care

Newton House has four communities in total, two of which cater for the needs of elderly frail people, and two for people living with dementia. We also support both nursing and residential residents. We tailor all care towards the individual needs of each person, putting residents at the centre of our care. Our aim is to maintain and encourage skills and we work with the philosophy of what the resident can do and support them in the areas of their life where they are experiencing difficulty.

In our Memory Lane communities, we hold the mentality that it is us who cannot understand what the resident is trying to communicate, and we believe that we have to find a way to change that. Our staff on Memory Lane have had specialised training to ensure that they can reduce the distress and frustration that a person living with dementia may experience on a regular basis. We also realise the stress that this can put on the family, so we aim to support loved ones through the dementia journey as well.
