Cheshire Grange Care Home at a glance
All of our bedrooms have en-suite shower and WC facilities and there is a wide range of relaxing environments from which to choose to spend time in, including our amazing café area, where residents will find a selection of homemade cakes and biscuits available to enjoy with a hot or cold drink. Our catering team prepare delicious fresh food, cooked in our own kitchens, daily. We have an excellent team who have a wide variety of skills and abilities - each of them willing to do everything they can to go the extra mile in providing a warm and welcoming environment in which to live, work and visit. You will find that compassion radiates through everything that we do. Our award winning gardens can be appreciated in all weathers, and they provide beautiful views throughout the year. In addition to enjoying the variety of activities and entertainment in the home, our activities team also plan outings and shopping trips using our minibus.
