Our wonderful team will be ready to welcome residents later this year and will include: carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. This carefully selected team will be in place to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet the General Manager, who can tell you more about what life will be like at Cadbury Hall:
Cristina Iliuta
Hello. My name is Cristina and I am the General Manager here at Cadbury Hall.
I joined to Barchester in 2017 and have gained a lot of experience during that time. I am very proud of my work and get a lot of satisfaction from providing high standards of care and guiding the team. As the General Manager I am responsible for the overall running of Cadbury Hall and assisted in this by a great team of staff. It is hugely rewarding to be able to support our residents and help them to lead fully enriched lives in their new home.
My door is always open to anyone considering care for themselves or for a loved one.Please do not hesitate to contact our home and I will do my upmost to assist you in whatever way I can.
My passion is to ensure that our residents are provided with the very best of care, dignity, respect and support to enable them to live a healthy and happy and life in stunning environment.

Louise Carvallo
Hi, My name is Louise and I am the Care Community Lead at our lovely Cadbury Hall where I love to see our residents with happy smiling faces after making sure that all our residents are receiving the best possible care throughout their stay. I have been in the care sector for thirty years, and am the dementia champion for the home whilst also holding a NVQ3 in health and social care. I still have tremendous passion for Cadbury Hall and the the well being of all our residents.
Dee Ridge
Hi, I'm Dee, I have been working as an administrator for many years and I was proud to join the Barchester team here at Cadbury Hall some time back as our Home Administrator. Outside of work I like to spend time line dancing and am also a line dance teacher and judge. I have competed in the World Dance Masters Circuit and have won World and European championship awards.
Paula James
Hi Im Paula and I am the activities coordinator for Cadbury Hall,
As a local lady, I have a lot of connections within the community, which will support our residents in getting out and about.
I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years, and I intend to bring my wealth of experience to the role to ensure our residents get the best experience possible in their golden years.
My passion is spending time with residents, as they are full of life, fun and laughter and no two days are the same.
Louise Reid
Hi, I'm Louise and I will often be the first person to greet you on arrival at Cadbury Hall. I love meeting the residents on a day to day basis as well greeting visitors and family coming to see loved ones. Equally, I enjoy planning and then joining in our activities program designed for the very best of life enrichment for all that live here at Cadbury Hall. Along with a great care team, I am well supported by our management colleagues as we all work together to achieve the very best lifestyle for the residents.
Jack Chapman
Hi, My name is Jack and I am the Head Chef at Cadbury Hall. I work closely with the head chef to prepare a wide variety of nutritious meals, desserts and snacks for our residents. I enjoy working in what is a very friendly home as well as catering for our many life enriching events for our residents throughout the year.
Paul Bennett
Hi, I’m Paul, the Head of Maintenance at Cadbury Hall. I have worked in social housing and the care sector for 45 years. I am a qualified plumber, carpenter and gas engineer. I really enjoy my role as Head of Maintenance at Cadbury Hall as well as assisting with maintenance in other Barchester homes when required.
Outside work I enjoy spending my time with my family and I am currently restoring a classic jaguar.
Tracy White
Hi I'm Tracy, Head housekeeper at Cadbury Hall.
I have over 10 years of housekeeping experience with the police before moving into the care sector.
I moved to Cadburyhall because I enjoy the satisfaction and the personal connection to the residents. no, two days are the same, thanks to the wonderful residents I get to engage with day in and day out.
I hope to maintain high standards and grow my housekeeping team. with a view to keeping the resident at the heart of everything we do.
In my spare time I love to get away in my caravan with my two beautiful dogs called, Bailey and Sky.

Hi, My name is Josely and I am a Senior Carer having already been at Cadbury Hall for two months. I really enjoy working here and love giving care and support to all our residents. The team here are great and have been so supportive to help me settle in.
Jincy Thomas
Hi, I'm Jincy and I have many years of caring experience having worked all around the world. With a nursing background I am now enjoying my role as a senior carer in our friendly Cadbury Hall where it is always a pleasure to see our residents so happy living here.
Xiameng Zhao (Phoebe)
Hi I am Xiameng and I like to be known as Phoebe, I have recently joined Cadbury Hall as a Senior Care Assistant.
Ciara Edmondson
Hi, I'm Ciara I joined Cadbury Hall innitially for some work experience as a hostess and I felt Iquickly took to the role. I found the residents lovely but then Cadbury Hall asked me if I would like to join our team on an ongoing basis and to work Fridays with them. In fact, I enjoy helping out at home and watching popular films in my spare time.
Deborah Allen
Hi I am Deborah and I am the hostess here at Cadbury Hall. I joined when the home opened last year after returning from living in France for several years. I am so enjoying this job, I am here to ensure the residents have regular drinks, take their personal food orders as well as assisting with life in the home. Outside of work I regularly attend Pilates and I am a keen rugby fan.

Hi, My name is Diane and I am a care assistant at our lovely Cadbury Hall and I thoroughly enjoy looking after all our residents. Working with the elderly is really is so rewarding and I can honesty say that I so look forward to coming to work every day.

Hi, My name in Steph and I really enjoy looking after all our residents as well as being part of a really good team here at Cadbury Hall. I have been working in the care sector for over five years now and know how important the wellbeing of our residents is to us all.

Hi, My name is Hannah and I very much enjoy working at Cadbury Hall where I really get a chance to get to know the residents that I look after as well as get a chance join in with the many activities that are laid on during a typical week in what is very much a family atmosphere.

Hi, I'm Felicia and I recently relocated from the Manchester area and feel I have already settled in well with the team at Cadbury Hall. I have been a carer for a number of years and particularly enjoy making a real difference to the residents here by ensuring there general well being is as excellent as it can be.

Hi, I'm Sam, I've worked locally in the care sector for over 30 years. It is so nice to see everyone making our home such a friendly place that it is. In my spare time I like to take my dog for long walks, I also enjoy gardening.

Hi, I’m Philip, the Family Ambassador at Cadbury Hall Care Home. Having been retired for 3 years in financial services and having experienced the amazing care Cadbury Hall gave to my late father, I wanted to engage myself with them by providing and sharing my experiences of the care provided to current and future residents and their families.
