Our wonderful team will be ready to welcome residents later this year and will include: carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. This carefully selected team will be in place to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet the General Manager, Pamela Arnsmeyer, who can tell you more about what life will be like at Cadbury Hall:
Hi, my name is Pamela, and I am the General Manager here at Cadbury Hall. Welcome to our website!
I have been a nurse for over 35 years, and have many years’ experience in health and social care, mainly as a home manager.
Prior to working for Barchester, I worked for Healthcare Homes and Care UK as a commissioning manager.
My vision for Cadbury Hall is to ensure that the people we care for have a ‘home away from home’ experience in a safe, happy and comfortable environment.
I have lots of experience in HR administration, regional administration management and as a care assistant, senior care assistant and activities coordinator for large and small care providers across the South West since starting my care journey in 2015. I am looking forward to welcoming our residents into their new home.
