Beaufort Grange Care Home in Filton, North Bristol
Beaufort Grange Care Home is located in the heart of Cheswick Village in Filton, North Bristol. We are close to the local community and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Our stunning 74 bedded home delivers high quality care and support to those who have residential and nursing needs. From the moment you step through our door, you will feel welcomed and comforted by the warm, vibrant personalities of our team – a feeling made all the more special by the luxurious surroundings.
Dementia Care
Beaufort Grange has a dedicated Memory Lane Community that provides a safe, homely environment for people living with dementia, which has been designed following these guidelines ensuring the care we provide supports residents’ freedom of choice. We aim to maintain their life-skills, improving their self-esteem and helping them to maintain and develop their independence while they are living with us.
Staff undertake specialist dementia care training developed by our team of Dementia Care Specialists and academic partners, the Centre for Dementia Research at Leeds Beckett University. Together they ensure our training programmes are informed by the very latest thinking. We ensure that the people we support feel comfortable and safe in their surrounding environment, helping ensure they live life with dementia to the full.
Choosing a care home for a loved one or friend who may be experiencing dementia can be difficult and we have created a guide to showcase how we ‘Enrich the lives of people living with dementia’ in our care home.
We have an engaging activities programme with a wonderful team who ensure that those we support have the opportunity to participate in music therapy sessions, exercise classes, art classes, quizzes, wine and cheese afternoons, group outings in our minibus and much more.
We have beautiful landscaped gardens that are perfect for a summer's BBQ or a gentle stroll. We also have our very own balcony, which is a great spot for some fine dining during the warmer months.

Our 'Paying to live in a care home' guide is designed to try and help you understand more about the funding options available and what to consider when choosing a care home.

Raji Sunil
Hello, my name is Raji and I am the Senior General Manager here at Beaufort Grange. Welcome to our website!
I have been a registered nurse since 1997, completing my nurse training at the Fr. Muller’s Hospital, Mangalore - India. After my graduation I worked in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 7 years. I have extensive experience in both hospitals and care home settings. I moved to UK in 2004 and have worked in care homes across the South West.
I always strive for excellence. I believe in an open door policy, and I am an advocate for the basic principles of care, respect, dignity, privacy and choice. I enjoy challenges and endeavour to improve the quality of the service we provide for those people we support. I have a very good relationship with both staff, families and local health care professionals.
