Winchester House is a perfect home from home in a beautiful rural setting, close to the historic city of Rochester. Formerly a rectory constructed in 1875, Winchester House has been tastefully restored to provide elegant surroundings across 5 separate units.  We provide 24-hour nursing care alongside specialist care for people with dementia in our two dedicated Memory Lane Communities. We also support younger people with physical disabilities.

We're proud of our socially active community which revolves around superb facilities alongside first-rate care. We employ two activities coordinators and programmes of activities include singing sessions, cake making, film sessions, games, quizzes and regular outings.

We would be delighted to show you around so that you can see what we have to offer for yourself – please feel free to drop in or to call us if you would like advice.
