Lea-Ann Littler

General Manager

I was originally employed as a night senior but progressed to Team Leader of the Memory Lane Community. It was here that I developed my knowledge for dementia care, as well as my leadership skills for running the unit.

I like to feel that I make a difference and promote the well-being of residents that live with dementia, as well as supporting the families through the journey of what dementia holds.

I understand that I have a lot to learn, but I embrace this new challenge and I invite you all to see how we develop as a new team with an aim to provide outstanding care at all times.
