Victoria Oladosu
Hi, my name is Victoria and I am the General Manager at Tandridge Heights. Welcome to our website!
I joined Barchester Healthcare in 2018. My qualifications include a Diploma in General Nursing, a Post-Graduate diploma in Public and Environmental Health, a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Studies, a Master’s in Business Administration Management and a Level 7 award in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. I am also a member of the Institute of Healthcare Management.
My career has been varied, as I have worked as a care assistant, a nurse and a deputy manager, which means I possess a varying range of skills when it comes to leading the team. As a leader, I value honesty and transparency and maintain an open door policy at all times.
In 2019, I was awarded the Care Home Frontline Leader Award in South-East Regional Finals of the Great British Care Awards, and motivate my team to be the best. In 2020 Tandridge Heights’ volunteers won a British Citizen Award of the Year 2020 for their contribution to the community, and were the runners-up for the 2020 Care Home Heroes Award. One of our hostesses was also awarded the Divisional Hospitality Champion in 2020 Barchester Awards (South Division). The team was also one of the regional finalists for the 2020 Social Care COVID Hero Award in the Great British Care Awards.
My favourite part of the working day is seeing my team and residents interact in a meaningful, value-adding way. I also enjoy engaging with people in the local community at the many events we that run.
Please feel free to pop in for a visit; we would be more than happy to show you around our beautiful home.
