Hi, my name is Carol, and I am General Manager here at Rivermead. Welcome to our website!
Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Rivermead has to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
I qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 1995. My career has been diverse and I have worked for the NHS, within the Mental Health field for the charity Mind and have managed a number of homes in the private sector caring for people with general nursing needs, mental health issues, learning disabilities, dementia and complex dementia and challenging behaviour.
I am humbled to have been nominated for the Great British Care Awards three times by staff and residents and have reached the finals each time. Overall I am most proud of having made a difference to the lives of the people that I have had the privilege to care for .Get in touch Meet my team
