Rivermead Care Home at a glance
Rivermead is a purpose-built care home with all resident accommodation being located on the ground floor. Our grounds are beautifully landscaped and we are proud to have been divisional winners for Garden of the Year at this years Barchester Care Awards. The grounds are wheelchair accessible with stunning views.
In 2015 Rivermead had a makeover, giving us a new look which includes a coffee area for residents and families to enjoy. Should you have any queries regards the facilities within our home please contact a member of the team or see below for a list of care types and facilities we provide.
