Pamela Mauchaza
Hi, my name is Pamela, and I am the General Manager here at Ritson Lodge. Welcome to our website!
I am a qualified nurse, trained at the Royal London hospital, where I worked briefly before joining the private sector. My passion lies with community and care homes and I have extensive management experience as a home manager and care consultant.
I am proud to be part of the team here at Ritson Lodge and to work for Barchester. My team and I are dedicated to making each day different and special for residents. The care we deliver is person-centred, ensuring that individual needs and requirements are met and that residents retain as much independence as possible with support to continue pursuing the interests and hobbies they have always enjoyed.
