Plas-Y-Dderwen Care Home at a glance
We take pride in supporting potential residents and their loved ones to make the correct choice when choosing a care home. Here at Plas Y Dderwen we can support all aspects of nursing and dementia care whether this be on a short or long term basis. The staff are fully trained to deliver an excellent service, ensuring that the residents that we support are of the utmost importance. The building is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is all on one level making it easy for wheelchair access.
Robust pre-assessment will be undertaken prior to admission to ensure that we have a full understanding of residents needs and preferences, this ensures a smooth transition to our care facilities. We also work alongside other professionals to ensure that the best possible care is achieved. We aim to provide a activity filled day to suit individual needs whilst promoting independence and individuals choice.
