Hello, my name is Anu and I am the Deputy Manager here at Paternoster House.  I am passionate about working with the elderly and I am focused on providing the best possible care for them.  It is wonderful to work with such a wonderful team and in a beautiful home that offers our residents fulfilling lives.

Hello, my name is Desi and I’m the home administrator here at Paternoster House. It is a privilege to be able to provide support and advice to all our wonderful residents, their families and loved ones on the journey into care and throughout their stay within our home. I live local to Waltham Abbey, and in my spare time love to explore its historical buildings and beautiful surrounding countryside.

Hello my name is Evan and I'm the Head Chef here at Paternoster House.

Hello, my name is Lynn and I'm the head of housekeeping here at Paternoster House. My role is to lead the team of housekeepers and laundry staff to ensure the home is kept clean to the highest of Barchester standards, and all resident clothing is cleaned to the manufacturers guidelines.

Welcome to Michael, Paternoster House’s Resident Ambassador.

Michael is our resident 'tech guy' with a plethora of gadgets, he's always up to date with the latest phone, IPad, TV, games station and speaker system! He's very knowledgeable and will support the home to welcome new residents, on hand to befriend them as they adjust to their new surroundings, and find out more about their interests to assist our activities team tailor the homes activities to everyone’s needs and desires.

Michael will be an active voice on the views of other residents and relatives within the home. The role will help to compliment the quality assurance systems we already have in place and allow the management team to have a more advanced and clear understanding of the perspectives of our residents.
 

Hello, my name is Folashade and I am one of the Care Practitioners here at Paternoster House care home.  I really enjoy working here and love giving care and support to all our residents to enrich their lives.

Hello, my name is Janet and I am the Clinical Lead here at Paternoster House. I loved working as a nurse in this home and being able to provide the best care possible for our residents.  I am responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing care as well as a homely and caring environment for all our residents.

Hello, my name is Roy and I've had the pleasure of working here for over 25 years. As Head of Maintenance I get to work with, and support all departments. My main enjoyment comes from helping our wonderful residents, whether that be assisting them with the latest technology or simply putting up a new picture in their room, it gives me time to get to know them better.  I love to garden and work with the activities team and our residents on the raised beds and have been known to do a spot of flower arranging!

Hello, my name is Loraine and I am part of the administration team here at Paternoster House working on reception.  I started working here in 2020 and I greatly enjoy welcoming visitors into the home, it will usually be myself answering the phone or opening the door.  I love meeting and chatting to residents and their families.
