Newlands Care Home at a glance
Moving into a nursing home can be a difficult time for both potential residents and their families. Here at Newlands, we strive to aim to reduce that stress through the unique home from home approach we offer. We encourage residents and their families to bring home comforts to Newlands to make the move more comfortable. Our home is surrounded by lovely gardens, we are a stones throw away from the beautiful Lake District and its scenery. We are supported through a highly skilled nursing team and Clinical Care Team, and encompassed with other dedicated departments who are all focused on the caring support of the residents. We offer nursing care for residents who require support with physical health concerns, dementia care and other specialist mental health needs. We are proud of our strong links with other community professionals and community links including the Alzheimer's Society and local Schools.
