Jane Ritchie

General Manager

Hi, my name is Jane and I am the General Manager here at Middletown Grange. I hope you find what you're looking for on our website!

I am privileged to be part of Barchester Healthcare and particularly excited to be leading the team at Middletown Grange Care Home. Prior to joining Barchester, I worked in the elderly care sector for nearly 20 years and have been a qualified Nurse since 2006.

I am the third person in my family to become a Nurse and have always loved working in this field. I have spent my whole career in a nursing home setting, making my way up from a cleaner to a care assistant to a nurse, and then eventually moving to management.

My goal in this field is to ensure that all residents in our care feel safe, valued and loved and part of our own family. I enjoy working with great people and being part of a team that can make such a positive difference to the lives of those we support.
