Kirsten Bell

General Manager

Hi, my name is Kirsten, and I am the General Manager here at Lethen Park care home. Welcome to our website! 

Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Lethen Park has to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.

I have worked for the healthcare sector for over 30 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the home. I like to build strong working relations with the team and stakeholders involved.

Quality of care that all my residents receive is my passion and I aim to ensure that all the residents in my care receive the best and most person centred care possible.

Brad Cardno

Senior Clinical Lead

Brad graduated from RGU as a Registered Nurse. He has worked in the nursing profession for over ten years and has established himself as a loyal, caring and empathic nurse delivering a high standard of care.

Brad has a solid relationship with the community of nursing and our home at Lethen park.

Fun fact about Brad is that he enjoys homemade cakes and lots of laughter with residents.

Amanda McCarthy

Activities Coordinator

We all know that keeping active is important. We have created a wonderful culture within the home and we work together to give residents the best possible experience. We are here to ensure that residents enjoy an environment that is both stimulating and socially active. We ensure the team knows each residents' preferences, so that we can deliver a person-centered program of events and activities. Essential to our homely feel is the strong relationships of trust we build with residents and their families and friends

Keith Fawcett

Head Chef

Keith joined the Lethen Park Family in April 2022.

Keith has been in the catering industry for over 35 years in a variety of jobs from care homes, hotels, restaurants and also working offshore.

Keith is passionate about providing delicious, nutritious food to our residents and is doing a stirling job at that!

Lucian Puscas

Maintenance Manager

Lucien joined Lethen Park in December 2021 and has a background in Maintenance for other care homes as well as a vast amount of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Lucien ensures the home is safe and well-presented at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Lucien's role can vary from changing light bulbs to building patios. 

Maintenance is paramount when it comes to our residents, relatives and colleagues, and Lucien's role is to keep the home environment to the highest standards possible, ultimately creating a safe and warm place for our residents to live and our colleagues to work.

 

 

Elena Benta

Head Housekeeper

Elena joined the Lethen Park Family November 2021. 

Elena has been in the profession for 20 years and is dedicated at ensuring every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.

Elena has a real passion for helping to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support.
