Elina joined the Lethen Park Family in December 2021 and previously was doing a similar role in the industry. Elina has a vast amount of experience in accountancy and administration.
Administrators are a vital part of each home’s management team, providing the General Manager with the support they require to ensure the running of a high quality and commercially successful home.
Elina deals with all aspects of the administration of the home to ensure it runs smoothly, from invoicing, ordering, recruitment, setting up contracts, to manning the telephones. Elina is also the first point of contact for residents and family members with regards to financial matters.
Angela has worked at Lethen Park since 2013 and thoroughly enjoys her role here, especially the interactions with our residents and their loved ones.
We all know that keeping active is important. We have created a wonderful culture within the home and we work together to give residents the best possible experience. We are here to ensure that residents enjoy an environment that is both stimulating and socially active. We ensure the team knows each residents' preferences, so that we can deliver a person-centered program of events and activities. Essential to our homely feel is the strong relationships of trust we build with residents and their families and friends
Lucien joined Lethen Park in December 2021 and has a background in Maintenance for other care homes as well as a vast amount of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Lucien ensures the home is safe and well-presented at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Lucien's role can vary from changing light bulbs to building patios.
Maintenance is paramount when it comes to our residents, relatives and colleagues, and Lucien's role is to keep the home environment to the highest standards possible, ultimately creating a safe and warm place for our residents to live and our colleagues to work.
Elena joined the Lethen Park Family November 2021.
Elena has been in the profession for 20 years and is dedicated at ensuring every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.
Elena has a real passion for helping to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support.
Keith joined the Lethen Park Family in April 2022.
Keith has been in the catering industry for over 35 years in a variety of jobs from care homes, hotels, restaurants and also working offshore.
Keith is passionate about providing delicious, nutritious food to our residents and is doing a stirling job at that!
