Hi, my name is Anita Rowley, and I am the General Manager here at Lethen Park. Welcome to our website!
Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Lethen Park has to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
I have worked in the healthcare sector for over 25 years as a registered manager, operations manager and regional manager throughout the UK, working alongside a wealth of experienced healthcare professionals. I was seconded with my role to Scotland for 2 years and liked it so much I decided to take on the role of general manager here at Lethen Park, and I am so pleased I did. I have a degree in management and I am a member of the chartered management institute.
I love my role and what I do, and I am lucky to be supported by a fantastic team that demonstrate a nurturing, warm and compassionate approach to care.
The home's core objective is to promote a quality ethos centred around the Scottish health and social care standards.

I have been with Barchester since 2014, when I joined Fordmill, before moving to Lethen in May 2020. I have worked as a Head of Unit since 2015. I have worked in both the NHS and in the private sector, having held positions as a Home Manager and Deputy Manager for different care providers. Barchester is the best company I have worked for and I am very happy in my post here at Fordmill.
Sharon joined Barchester in November 2012 and now heads up our memory lane unit at Lethen Park. We have just received accreditation for the foundation 10.60.06 program delivered by the Barchester Dementia specialist team. If you look on the Barchester website you can learn more about the program. I love working at Lethen Park and I am thoroughly enjoying the role.
I have been the Administrator at Lethen Park since 2012 and was Admin Assistant for three years prior to that. Although my job is very busy, I love the fact that I am part of such a super team who deliver the best care possible to those we support.
I started my life at Barchester as a Care Assistant in 2016 before moving into my current role. I work to give residents the best possible experience in the home. I am here to ensure that they enjoy an environment that is both stimulating and socially active. I am keen to learn residents' preferences, so that I can deliver a person-centered program of events and activities.
I have worked at Lethen Park since 2013 and I look forward to coming in each day. I love the interactions I have with residents and their loved ones – it really is a lovely place to work!
My name is Charlie and I am the Head Chef at Lethen Park. I have 18 years hospitality experience and have been a Chef for 16 years in restaurants all around the UK. I joined Lethen Park in June 2019. I am passionate about what I do and my aim here is to give the residents what they expect and deserve; good food nutrition choice and dining experiences, as well as laughter and joy. If you can’t find me in the kitchen I will be chatting with a resident somewhere. I will do anything I can for the residents and its an absolute pleasure to work for them in the home.
Sinu is a newly qualified Registered Nurse, who supports our residents at Lethen Park.
I have worked at Lethen Park since 2003 as the Head Housekeeper and I was a Carer for 5 years before that. I received my 20 year Long Service Award in 2018.
