Annette Brown
Hi, my name is Annette and I am General Manager here at Lethen Park Care Home. Welcome to our website!
Thank you for taking the time to look further into what we have to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
I am a Registered Nurse, having qualified in Aberdeen in 1985. I have worked in Care Homes since 2020 in Lothian. I specialised in Huntington's disease supporting families in the community for many years in Grampian and Lothian.
My passion is making sure our residents voices are heard, that they live their best lives, and receive excellent care and enjoy a variety of our planned activities.I am looking forward to welcoming our residents and their families into the Lethen family.
I am very passionate about ensuring the residents receive the best care, experience.

Patricia Bica
Hi, my name is Patricia and I am the Deputy Home Manager here at Lethen Park.
I joined Barchester in September 2024 and I have quickly become attached to the home’s warm, family-like atmosphere. The sense of community here is truly special and I’m very proud of our team.
I previously worked as a nurse primarily in acute settings, and my previous experience as a clinical coordinator has provided me with valuable knowledge and experience which I bring to Lethen Park to achieve favourable outcomes.
As part of the management team, I am committed in assisting Annette, the general manager in providing the highest quality of care, ensuring each resident feels at home and that their families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in caring and professional hands.

Constance Ame-Bruce
Hi, my name is Constance Ame-Bruce and I have been a nurse for 16 years and graduated from the University of Ghana. I take great passion in providing excellent care through meeting our resident’s needs.
My favourite part of my role is coming to work with an infectious smile and helping other have a smile!

Kayleigh Mcaulay
Hi, my name is Kayleigh and I am the Home Administrator here at Lethen Park. I joined Barchester and Lethen Park in 2022. I deal with all aspects of the administration of the home to ensure it runs smoothly, from invoicing, ordering, recruitment, setting up contracts, to manning reception, there's never a full day!
My favourite part of the job is ensuring that all our families and residents needs are taken care off to the highest of standards. I have an open door approach and enjoy being front of house to warmly welcome you to the home.

Amanda McCarthy
We all know that keeping active is important. We have created a wonderful culture within the home and we work together to give residents the best possible experience. We are here to ensure that residents enjoy an environment that is both stimulating and socially active. We ensure the team knows each residents' preferences, so that we can deliver a person-centered program of events and activities. Essential to our homely feel is the strong relationships of trust we build with residents and their families and friends

Keith Fawcett
Keith joined the Lethen Park Family in April 2022.
Keith has been in the catering industry for over 35 years in a variety of jobs from care homes, hotels, restaurants and also working offshore.
Keith is passionate about providing delicious, nutritious food to our residents and is doing a stirling job at that!

Lucian Puscas
Lucian joined Lethen Park in December 2021 and has a background in Maintenance for other care homes as well as a vast amount of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Lucien ensures the home is safe and well-presented at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Lucian's role can vary from changing light bulbs to building patios.
Maintenance is paramount when it comes to our residents, relatives and colleagues, and Lucien's role is to keep the home environment to the highest standards possible, ultimately creating a safe and warm place for our residents to live and our colleagues to work.

Amber Burnett
Amber is a nurse in training at RGU University and currently holds a SVQ level 4. Amber is an advocate for Mental Health nursing and is a care champion for palliative care.
“I love my job as a senior care practitioner and love to support staff and residents alike. I take so much pride in my job and the relationships that I build. I love to teach others and I love to learn from others. I hope to be a Mental Health Nurse for the Barchester Group once I complete university. Some fun facts about me: I love badminton. I am learning to play golf. I have made best friends from working at Lethen Park. I love following football and attending games.”

Dr David Lovell
I am a GP at Portlethen Medical Centre and have been a GP for Lethen Park since 2019. I work alongside Dr Melanie Edwards, GP.
I grew up in Drumlithie (near Stonehaven) and went to Mackie Academy. I studied Medicine at the University of Aberdeen, graduating in 2009. I did post-graduate training posts in Aberdeen, Inverness, and Orkney.
I did my GP training at Portlethen Medical Centre and completed this in 2015. I have been a GP in Portlethen ever since! Over the years, I have been able to develop interests in nursing home medicine, heart failure, diabetes, and IT. We have a great team, and I feel very lucky to work here.
I live in Stonehaven with my wife and two kids, aged 7 and 1. My wife is also a doctor, so life can get very busy! I love spending time with my family and try to prioritise this as much as I can. To stay active, I practice Kuk Sool Hapkido (a Korean Martial Art), which I have been doing with my son for the last two years.

Amanda McLaren
Hi, my name is Amanda and I am a Care Assistant here at Lethen Park. I joined Barchester in May 2021 and I have started my SVQ 3 in social care here at Lethen Park with the aspiration to take on a Care Practitioner role in the near future. I have worked in care for over 3 years and love every minute .
My favourite part of my role is building connections with our residents that are built on the foundations of trust, comfort and love. I welcome residents and family members to chat to me and I look forward to welcoming them to our home.
