Lethen Park Care Home
Lethen Park Care Home in Aberdeen
Lethen Park is a purpose-built care home in the town of Portlethen, situated 8 miles south of the City of Aberdeen.
At Lethen Park we offer 24-hour nursing care and support for older people, people with disabilities, people with long term conditions and people living with dementia, who are supported in our dedicated Memory Lane Community. The accommodation is on one level and offers spacious rooms, most with en-suite facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms to ensure a comforting and homely environment. The home is surrounded by pleasant grounds and garden areas.
The care delivered at Lethen Park is centred on personalised care planning. An assessment is carried out prior to admission where we can establish basic needs, likes and dislikes. Following admission this will be considerably expanded. Our skilled staff team will develop a tailored care plan for each person, working through the plan with the resident where possible and otherwise with relatives or friends.
We would very much like you to see for yourself the high standards of care and facilities we provide so please call us and arrange a visit. We look forward to meeting you.

Types of care
The care we provide is delivered in a way that promotes independence for those who live in our home. Where possible, it is important that residents are encouraged to perform daily tasks independently or with minor support. Our services are devised with individualised treatment in mind for each person, so getting to know everyone and understanding their needs is imperative to delivering bespoke, person-centred care.

Anita Rowley
Hi, my name is Anita Rowley, and I am the General Manager here at Lethen Park. Welcome to our website!
Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Lethen Park has to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
I have worked in the healthcare sector for over 25 years as a registered manager, operations manager and regional manager throughout the UK, working alongside a wealth of experienced healthcare professionals. I was seconded with my role to Scotland for 2 years and liked it so much I decided to take on the role of general manager here at Lethen Park, and I am so pleased I did. I have a degree in management and I am a member of the chartered management institute.
I love my role and what I do, and I am lucky to be supported by a fantastic team that demonstrate a nurturing, warm and compassionate approach to care.
The home's core objective is to promote a quality ethos centred around the Scottish health and social care standards.
Pop in for a cuppa and speak to one of the team; you’re always welcome!
