Judith Edmondson
Hi, my name is Judith, and I am the General Manager here at Glenroyd. Welcome to our website!
Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Glenroyd has to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
I have worked for Barchester since early 2019, and I am responsible for the overall running of this home, ensuring that those who live here are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. I have more than 30 years of experience in the care sector, and started my career having qualified as a registered general nurse in 1984. Prior to starting in this position, I had been a registered care home manager since 2010. During my career, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in both clinical and health and social care.

Sue Williams
My name is Sue and I manage the residential and memory lane units at the Glenroyd Care Home. I have worked in care for over 27 years. I started as a care assistant and following training and gaining further qualifications I am now managing my own units. My role is to provide a warm welcome to all our new residents and to ensure they have a comfortable stay. I work closely with a team of senior care and care staff in order to ensure the highest standards of care are offered to each of our residents.

I will be here to help families as they find the right care for their loved ones and navigate their way around fees and funding. I will always be here with a warm welcome and happy to assist with any enquiries you may have.
