Falmouth Court Care Home in Falmouth
Falmouth Court Care Home in Falmouth is set to open in January 2022, offering residential and dementia care including respite services, for those requiring shorter stays. Our beautiful new care home is only a short distance from the famous Falmouth Harbour and has lovely views across the water. Our marketing suite will be open from December – we look forward to welcoming you then.
Our care home will provide support for frail older people with one-to-one approaches, which reflect individual interests, listed in detailed care plans. As with any Barchester home, our commitment to quality will be reflected across all aspects of life within our home. Our skilled chefs are passionate about serving nutritious and delicious meals that cater to all tastes and dietary requirements, whilst our activities coordinators work hard to ensure our extensive social programme is tailored to stimulate residents, both mentally and physically.
The Memory Lane community will provide specialised resources for those living with dementia, including adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low risk walkways and activity kitchens, which enable people to engage in life's everyday simple tasks and pleasures to help them feel like they're right at home.

Types of care
The care we provide is delivered in a way that promotes independence for those who live in our home. Where possible, it is important that residents are encouraged to perform daily tasks independently or with minor support. Our services are devised with individualised treatment in mind for each person, so getting to know everyone and understanding their needs is imperative to delivering bespoke, person-centred care.Read more
